    My dad has a powerball and its pretty good. Have to be very dedicated with it though. (like any exercise) Personally I find them difficult to use, but that's probably cause i'm crippled with arthritis in my wrists/hands/fingers.

    @ buttons: "bat wings" are pretty much the curse of any woman whose weight has changed at all :P Backwards bench presses. Sit on the floor with a bench behind you. Put your hands on bench, and pull yourself up using your arms. also if you hold your arms straight out to each side and move them in circular motions, start going clockwise then changing to anticlockwise, changing each time after 6 or so reps.

    that's not relevant to that rule because you aren't directly reversing out onto a main road, you are turning out onto it and have a considerably better view. you generally never reverse out of a parallel space anyway.. Eevil, not really, unless you are causing a hazard doing so.

    According to the paper, his doctor gave him a high dose of morphine, and his breathing just got slower and slower then stopped. The doc had the paramedics work on him for an hour and refused to let them call the coroner.

    A lot stricter but safer. They reinforce the reversing (and not driving) into a space rule over there.

    So you see 8 females out of how many million in the UK and generalise them all. I'm sorry to say this but stfu. That's REALLY ignorant. Nothin pisses me off more than the whole male/female arguement. There are bad drivers on BOTH sides. Jesus.

    aww man. I was at work today and we had one (of many) swine flu swab testing. They then rang up to cancel it because the patient WENT TO WORK with potential swine flu. :blank:

    Comas not good. My neighbour had a heart attack (and he was VERY healthy) was in a coma for 2 weeks, and he now is probably going to need 24 hour care. MJ had preexisting medical conditions, so I doubt he'll fare too well. Sad times

    Or call centres, that's if you really want to go there... maybe not. Emergency services are sometimes looking for clerical staff too. You might think, ew call centre, but the health service call centres are generally not as bad. There's no way I'd work for a commercial call centre (sorry rez/molleh ) I'm considering applying to the local urgent care service here, they do red eye shifts (12-8) and its basically the same job as I'm doing except more services and more emergency based patients than we'd deal with during the day. And more moneh. (£8.10 an hour)

    Agreed! bikers here have a really hard time cause everyone's so impatient. I'd be more concerned about people not wearing helmets on a bike than anything else. My aunt cycles, and she refuses to wear a helmet on a chaotic main road in the rush hour! As a driver you are expected to be defensive, regardless of what other cars or bikes do. Road rage is pointless and just gets your blood pressure up. Sure bikers can be careless. If you hit a bike, THEY take the brunt, not you. Could you live with it if you killed them (accidental or not)?

    I know! I mean I was earning 4.99 (lol) per hour at the time, but i was still working full time. I don't really understand how that works. And these were in the days where there was LOADS of jobs. I couldn't imagine how difficult it woulda been for me trying that now. They didn't force it on me really, but like, debit cards are one of those things that are essential, means justify the ends.
