    Bah, my credit card was rejected last night on one of my paypal subscriptions. Apparently they have tighter security now (or maybe someone fucked up) good job I wasn't at work, to be able to get it dealt with! Now to get back to buying things online - mwahaha

    Yeah its not easy. Not everyone is made of money, and the ones that are generally work! which usually involves getting time off (with distance travel) For the sheffield meet: £100 for the flight tickets, getting to sheffield from airport (train), getting back to airport (gave odders petrol money) Think I had spent closer to £150/160 by the end of the day.

    My family are useless.. They all think that its my birthday today... and its not til Friday. Oh well at least this means I get peace on the actual day. My own bloody father asked my sister if it was today. Gah. I think forgetfulness runs in my family.

    I've done it too. Destructive eating both too much and not enough. At the end of the day there is very little you can do to change the past (or I wouldn't be in this situation now ) Just keep at it, come back here and post if you need support. I find this place to be a brilliant network of support, and I hope this thread stays active all year (and not just for new years resolutions!) I also love my weightwatchers class. The girls (and fellas!) are ALL in the same situation, and we all have the same problem with food. Its really nice getting to talk to people in my position. People are here to help, you just gotta reach out.

    100% agreed. The simplest thing like actually having a uniform jumper/long sleeved top. Or wearing a basic white or black long sleeved shirt under her work shirt. Is that REALLY so hard to ask. I'm sorry (read: not sorry at all) but you haters have absolutely NO. IDEA. The feeling of not being able to cover something like this is terrifying. Being the centre of attention because of something like this can make you feel despicable. I've been ridiculed so many times for my skin, and its absolutely heartbreaking.. for both me and my family who have to sometimes witness this sickening behaviour. When I was a teenager I could hardly speak to other people because I was so frightened of the reaction I would get from my skin. Nothing to do with fairness for everyone, the girl is perfectly able to work like anyone else - so don't give me this equality bullshit. The management should be providing necessary uniform for health and safety reasons, and making sure the staff are able to work without harassment. Nothing to do with everyone being equal at all!! If someone's being an ass and taking the biscuit for no reason, the management should tell them to shut the fuck up and get back to work.

    That reminds me I really should get my Wiifit on the go. Bummer :P I've decided to join the gym when I, get a car (sooooon hopefully) and get below 16 stone. I don't think that going to the gym now with my horrendous weight will be massively good for my joints. Even walking is very difficult for me at the mo. But I'm really trying. I had a lesson today and met my sister in town for a very late lunch (had chips) but I think I've more than worked it off walking around the town. I'm shattered, you would honestly think I had run a mile I suffer a lot from "fatigue" (medical terminology!) and i can walk about perfectly well but it hits me like a ton of bricks when I stop. Kinda like a delayed reaction. So I'm getting there. I just gotta be more careful with it than most people because my body is SUCH a shambles, and i'm very overweight. But I'm doing my damnest to get there! ^___^

    Right guys, I need a lil assistance. Basically I want a P&G phone because I'm on an o2 simplicity contract. Budget is £150-£170. I don't mind touchscreens - but I'm concerned for that kind of money its really gonna be a crap one. and I'd like a decent 3.2mp camera. Looking at the Samsung Tocco Lite and t700 Red Gold. Open to suggestions for other phones though. I'm having major problems finding decent mid range phones at the mo.. There really just mustn't be a market for it these days

    Thats an awesome tat goafer! I know what you mean about the movement, the tattoo i have inside my arm does the same. Added 2 more holes to my ear this week, yar. Bled shedloads haha Also i was at weightwatchers, and got chatting to this girl, she had a tattoo on her ear, the flat bit near the top. A pointillism type design, then the design went down the back of her neck into like twist designs. It was lovely. I asked her if it was sore and she said no. crazy.

    Been at weightwatchers today! 3lbs off! which is 7 + 4 + 3 = 14, exactly a stone!

    If I was her workmate, I know I wouldn't care AT ALL for the sake of her feelings. Its not like she's doing it to be an utter twat. Don't point the finger unless you know what its like. For some people with an obvious abnormality; a prosthetic or maybe a severe skin problem, its not a fun thing to have people sniggering and asking rude questions. Have a heart. I have personal experience of this exact thing. I was tortured and bullied, my teacher FORCED me to wear the school regulation P.E skirt despite my severe skin condition. (when we actually had school regulation jogging bottom type things that would have covered my skin)
