Remember how ugly Mario Kart Wii looked? Mk Wii was probably the most unpolished first party title Nintendo have ever made. The box art, the in-game menus, the visuals everything just screamed that it was rushed to market.

I don't think that's fair, Gamexplain do some amazing work. The level of detail in their analysis is top notch. I wish IGN had never gotten rid of Keza or Colin, those two are some of the best, smartest journalists (if that's the right term) in the industry. I don't think Altano adds that much to NVC except occasional humour.

I'm surprised to hear you say that, I find Nintendolife pretty good. Apart from here, gaf and IGN it's the only other gaming site I visit. News stories are good and their articles are well written and interesting. Not watched any of their videos though.

Sounds like either an eshop demo or one of those Best Buy in-store demo promotions they've been running for a while now.

The RRP is good value for Nintendo games.

You don't just make huge decisions like that in 24 hours. Sony were always planning on not fucking over the consumer. How nice of them.

What a sad state of affairs if not fucking over the consumer is heralded as such a glorious day in gaming.

Why would a Direct mention that the single player campaign lasts 14 hours? Nintendo would never do that.

The fact that they're dedicating a whole Direct to it must mean there's plenty more to reveal about the game.
