Yeah, it's cool to ask but hover is just fucking ridiculous. That gets me too, if you're not going to put in a decent shift why bother even going to the gym. It doesn't matter what you're trying to achieve wether it be weight loss or adding some muscle, you'll only get what you put. Ambling around on the cross trainer while reading a book isn't going to cut it.

It's rather annoying when you're using a machine at the Gym and some twat is standing over you waiting for you to be done. Don't they realise i'm only going to take longer just to spite them? Don't ask me how many sets i've got left, when I leave that piece of equipment, you can surmise that i'm done. /rant over.

Barcelona are the best offensive team in football but they can't defend for shit. Their Goalkeeper is a frustrated outfield player and the fact that they stick that ex Liverpool midget in defence when he's a midfielder says it all. Football is as much as keeping the ball out of your own net than scoring 'beautiful' goals. Barcelona will always retain more of the ball because Xavi and Iniesta like to spend half of the game playing one-two in the centre circle. You deserve to win if you put the ball in the net. It doesn't matter how many shots you have, Chelsea had one shot and scored, that's clinical. Barcelona had plenty and failed every time. People need to get this stupid notion out of their head that because you don't beat Barcelona by playing their style that it somehow devalues the victory. There's more than one way to skin a cat.

I don't think it entirely matters. As long as your form is correct and your comfortable then it's all good.

It's very much got to be a 'one game at a time scenario'. Although he wasn't great in the first period, Fleury looked like he was finding his game towards the end, both Philly net minders look hopeless. Need the big guys like Crosby and Malkin to continue dominating if we're stand a chance. At least it wasn't a sweep

Pens vs Flyers has to be the strangest playoff series on record. Game 4 has just finished the 2nd period and it's 9-3 to the Penguins. I've never seen anything quite like it.

Just back from a good workout at the Gym. Do people realise they're suppose to work their whole body? it's embarrassing that people walk about with tree trunk arms and pencil legs. Not to mention they're out of breath reaching for the dumbbells. Actually saw a couple of dudes who couldn't straighten their arms properly, I lolled on the inside.

Nu-metal was a fad created by the media, not the bands. It died when they moved on to whatever became cool next. I don't know what sort of music you guys are into but do post so I can mock away.

I was also joking, I've clearly no idea if you like Steve Vai (i'm satisfied you don't). It does somewhat worry me that Linkin Park have recorded songs in the past without the knowledge of how to play them live. The more fucking about with effects, the worse the song generally is.
-
LOLZ You're the reason dickpickles like Vai keep releasing 70 minutes of self-obsessed, fit-as-many-techniques-into-one-song-as-possible, no emotional attachment possible bullshit.

Minutes to Midnight is probably my favourite LP album, Hands Held High is an inspirational song. Shadow of the Day and What I've Done are very decent too.

I'd seen that the soundtrack had some decent songs on it so looked for it in iTunes under The Avengers, with nothing coming up that resembled the film. I happened to stumble into Cineworld yesterday to check when the film was out to be greeted by a gigantic cardboard poster with Avengers Assembled all over it.

While we're at it, how would you rank the leading ladies in all of the individual films? For me 1 Natalie Portman/Liv Tyler (I can't choose between them) 2. Hayley Atwell 3. Gwyneth Paltrow. Also, why the fuck is the film titled Avengers Assemble over here? What a lame ass name.

I've had The Incredible Hulk for a while but never bothered to watch it. I don't know why it took me so long, I rather enjoyed it. I've always been more a DC fan but as i've gotten older i've become a sucker for the flawed hero that Marvel does so well. I'm also loving the continuity between all the Marvel films, they're all linked together so well.

That's something I struggle with, the exercise to diet ratio. I need to get my head around allowing myself treats, i'm so regimented with eating nothing bad that I tend to fall off the wagon big style when I do. It's the same with Exercise, I walk 5 miles to and from work every day whilst spending all day on my feet at work. I'll then either go to the gym or run at night. Couple that with barely 5 hours sleep a night and it's no wonder I tend to fall of the wagon so often. My overall problem is lack of patience, I'm too concerned with seeing instant results even though I know it doesn't work that way.

If any team could overturn it, it's the Penguins. I don't like the their chances though, it's like they've completely forgotten how to play defence. It's not the same team that won 50 regular season games. They need to keep away from penalty trouble, it's clearly costing them big and yet they're still engaging in needless trouble. Emotions do run high but they need to stay cool. It goes without saying they need to win the next game but if they could, I see them turning it around. Just need to snap this bad run.

You can dispute the dodgy goal, you can't dispute the other 4. End of story.

It's the players themselves that decide wether they want to go or not, besides the majority of the good players are involved in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Only the players on teams that didn't qualify for the postseason are asked. That said because this years World Champs decide the seeding for the next Olympics, Canada will have one of it's strongest lineups in recent years, with Olympic Gold medalists from Vancouver in Perry and Getzlaf.

Massive game coming up tonight, I hate to use the phrase 'must-win' by I don't like the chances of the Pens coming back from 3-0 down. Unfortunately I'll miss the first period as I've got football but judging by how the series has gone so far, the first period is no reflection on how the game finishes.
-
Their whole argument is based on it tainting the beautiful game. Their whole argument is bollocks.
-
That doesn't apply to us, you can watch every game.
-
It was worth watching when Celtic were the best home team in Football, when Celtic and Rangers both reached European finals. It was good then.
-
They do show more games than ESPN ever did but you're far better getting NHL game centre, you can watch every single game. Obviously depends on how big a fan you are as to whether it's worth it.

Words cannot describe the excitement I have about the start of the playoffs, even though it's been a bad couple of years for the Penguins in the playoffs, I've really enjoyed following the majority of the teams during them. The intensity in every game is so much more than the regular season, the atmosphere inside every arena is electric. Flyers vs Penguins is definitely pick of the first round matches, two teams that detest each other. I'm on holiday from Friday, so will be able to watch almost every 1st round game!

Bobby P aside, I wouldn't really class as Arsenal as a 'diving' team, especially the current squad.
