    Not sure about the weight loss so far, but here's what i've been doing fitness wise:- Thursday 15th January: Run: 19 mins Friday 16th January: Run: 18.38 mins Saturday 17th: Run: 20.57 mins, Sit-Up's: 10 Sunday 18th: Run: 18.22 mins, Sit-Up's: 10 Monday 19th: Run: 23 mins, Sit-Up's: 10, Press-Up's: 10 Tuesday 20th: Run: 25.15 mins, Sit-Up's: 20, Press-Up's: 10 Wednesday 21st: Run: 26 mins, Sit-Up's: 20, Press-Up's: 10

    I agree with it being better than usual dribble you get when the word Love comes up, but it get's a bit silly when it takes like 8 episodes for it to happen.

    Florence and the Machine are quite possibly the worst band I've ever heard. There seems to be far too many people in this thread who think only bands or artists that aren't that well known are good. Obviously, it's all subjective and people will like what they like, but as someone who can play many instruments, I find it quite amusing you can call the music of coldplay shit, yet praise Billie Piper. Eddage, you like what you like mate, your musical taste is no worse than any of the so called Guru's in this thread.

    Dawson's Creek: Some season 5 episode Still the de-facto teen drama that every one will be judged by, looking back it was a bit hokey compared to now but It was pretty decent considering it didn't have any gimmicks, just the 4 main characters. I've also never met anyone who doesn't recognize the theme tune.

    He's been the best player in the world so far but it's obviously very early days in the season. Here's hoping he does a little better then he did last year at the Aussie Open. He seems to be handling all the media pressure quite well.

    Not good so far. Got a call from my mum saying my sister had been taken to hospital, she found out she's pregnant a few months ago. Apparently she's lost a stone in a week from constant vomiting. She's getting a scan tomorrow, or so i'm told.

    Wouldn't really pay to much attention to that. Other more reliable sources have already stated that a 9th season is just about in the bag.

    Yeah, at least she'll be gone soon. I never realized how hot Erica Durance is, she's a bit of alright.

    Yeah, but how many fecking times could they do the whole "I'm Fighting my evil inner demons, there is still good in me, believe in me Clark". The way they ended things last season was awesome, it just took far too long for it to go down.

    Smallvile - Legion Getting rid of Rosenbald was one of the best things this show has done. It's almost as if it's an entirely different show, I see no reason why it can't go on for seasons to come. This was an awesome episode, and it's only mid-season. Smallville has always been able to crank up the awesomeness as seasons progress. So, i'm looking forward to seeing what's next.

    Good to hear. my cats had some type of cat flu when the got back from the cattery. One of them was seriously ill and we didn't think he would make, he lost almost all his weight (he was a fat bastard before) and couldn't breathe properly. Glad to say they both made ok and he' since regained the weight (and even more) in double quick time.

    So i've started my cutting down. Never been terribly overweight but I was a skinny oink in primary school and suddenly ballooned when I when into Academy. My routine is very simple. I stop eating all shite like chocolate and crisps. Substitute Coke/beer for water. Then i basically live on Toast, Shreddies and soup. I also do about a 2/3 mile run every night. Which sounds like a lot, but they say you walk a mile in 15 mins, so about 20 mins jogging/running is near enough.

    Agreed, Dean from the 'natural. I just spend all day looking at myself in the mirror cracking out one liners.

    VLC, though there are reports that it doesn't work on newer macs. Never tried it myself though You can change the region drive of your mac up to 5 times. It becomes permanent after the fifth change.

    What's your favourite on the new Nickelback album? I think "This Afternoon" is pretty awesome. Not your typical Nickelback song.

    Yeah it's an awesome song. One of the few bands where I can listen to every song off every album.

    To be Honest, season 1 was probably the best, though 3 was pretty awesome too. The one with the shooting must rank as one of my favourite TV episodes ever. It handled a potentially tricky subject (school shootings) really well. Of course since season 5 when the show jumped forward 4 years, it's quite different to what it was. You're right about Brooke though, she's a bit fiesty that one.
