A press release has come out, confirming that the upcoming expansion in Japan; the Old Manor, is coming internationally at the same time on September 28th. This area, called Spooky Manor, houses a variety of Pokémon of Psychic, Ghost and Dark types including Duskull, Misdreavus, Houndour, Wobbuffet and Spiritomb. It also provides new items and berries to find as well as a new catalogue for your Dream House, including the Spooky Manor itself.

I thought the government had put in safeguards which help protect you legally if you're just protecting your property. I remember reading not too long ago about a case that had been dismissed due to it. The homeowner may likely be protected using this recently added protection

I really don't get why people don't like items in Mario Kart, Smash etc. They make things more fun and a great player can learn to adapt to situations. In Mario Kart Wii, despite the "rubber band" stuff with the items, I still win 90% of the time, so I don't get it.

Yes, but the time they give is an estimate with half the features turned off. They didn't bother to give one with the stuff all turned on and that is what concerns me

I'd declare those tests complete rubbish. I've had full 3D, wifi, brightness and full volume and reached almost 5 hours playing Zelda and even more when I fiddle with settings

On par with if you're using headphones, no wireless communications, no bluetooth and medium brightness compared to the 3DS with full volume, full 3D, max brightness and wireless on...

Something I just saw which concerns me greatly " Sony noted that this does not include network play. This is the battery life with screen brightness at the default setting, no Bluetooth, and using headphones"
