The Hercules one made me LOL!

Sounds like a good story. I did a story about a zombie attack in...(wait for it)...Birmingham, haha. It reached 100 pages and I was about to end it when my computer screwed up and everything was deleted. I still remember bits and bobs so I might try and re-write it again but not for NaNoWriMo. I've got something different planned.

I think you might mean words there. That would be impressive if you could do that, lol. It's a personal challenge for me too. I like sharing my stories with others, my friends seem to like my short stories alot (I've only recently told them I write things) and when I said I'm doing NaNoWriMo and told them what I had to do, they've encouraged me. I'm glad someone likes my stories, I didn't think anyone would, lol. But yeah, this is more of a personal achievement for me and hopefully I'll succeed. If I put my mind to a task, I normally do it. I actually can't wait to start it now.

Battle Royale Love the movie which made me read the book, I absolutely loved it. Such a pageturner! I could feel the emotion of some of the characters, fantastically written. 9.5/10

This has been on repeat all day. It's hauntingly beautiful. I looked for more work done by Ludovico Einaudi and all of it is literally amazing but this is my favourite.

Write six pages a day, it would work out to 180 pages which would be well over 50K words. If I succeed, I might post it here. Not sure. Has everyone decided what genre they're going for? Mine will be a horror story that I've been planning a while.

It's actually good. I like it alot. You can unlock video clips and the humour is definitely there. Better playing with your mates though.

Robbie Williams is back! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! His new song is just utter shite (to be honest, ALL of his songs are utter shite). There's only one song I like for the wrong reason and that's Rudebox, the funniest thing I've heard, what the heck was he thinking? HE CAN'T RAP!

"I could go to the Church...that's what he might want though...I'll go anyway." I said to myself. I wasn't in the least bit religious but there's something at that church that I need otherwise why would the text come through? I ran as fast as I could, eager to know what was waiting there for me. The church was covered in snow, it looked beautiful and peaceful. Nowhere else was snowy, just the church. I opened the church's massive doors and went inside. I looked around and saw the massive cross with three little crosses. I grabbed one of them and put it in my pocket, maybe I would need to use this. I turned around to walk back out the door when the door slammed itself shut and flames grew so I couldn't go out. I looked at the windows and tried to escape through that way. I grabbed a chair and threw it at the window. The window never broke but erupted in flames, all of them did. There was no way of escaping. "5, 6, grab a crucifix...they're no good towards me. I. Am. God!" the deep voice laughed. He's burned, horribly burned. He creeped me out. "Freddy's home." he said and laughed. I stared at him, that was when I noticed what he had on his right hand properly. A glove with knives? Who was this guy ripping off, I wonder. "Stay away from me!" I said, holding the cross up. "What do you think I am? A vampire?" he asked me and vanished from my sight. I looked around, where could he have gone? "You're wrong if you thought that! I'm much worse." he smiled and ran towards me. What should I do? A) "Move bitch, get out the way, get out the way bitch, get out the way" B) "FALCON...PUNCH!" C) "Let us pray"

I'm with ReZ on that one. NATM deserves a solid 9/10, it's just too funny. The best jokes were the Bring it on and Cruel Intentions parodies. And yeah, I get what you mean with Hairspray. I Know Where I've Been is literally one of THE best songs ever, the lyrics get me everytime.

True Blood S1E1- Strange Love I liked it. It's a lot like Twilight but more adult for obvious reasons. At the start I thought it would be meh but I liked it more and more. I can't wait to see what happens in the next episode now after watching the end of this one. 8/10 -
And I'm not ashamed to say I love all three of them! I even have the soundtracks The Hole It was alright, not a bad movie. I missed ten minutes but caught the rest, liked the twist at the end. 6/10 ...and now I'm getting ready to watch True Blood on Channel 4+1

This has been all over the newspapers and YouTube. Some little chav decides to try and play big man and act hard in front of his neighbours and gets OWNED! Good on the bloke, I wish I could shake his hand for standing up to that chavvy prat.

I read what I put and realised my mistake. I meant to say a remake I like on the same level as the original but I have to say, in some ways, it is better. Like in the original Halloween, you never saw much of him as a kid but the remake spent a quarter of the movie on his childhood and why he was like the way he was and I loved that about the remake. But other than that, they're on the same level to me. I enjoy both of them equally. Not all remakes are shit tbh. Look at Dawn of the Dead, that was brilliant. The Hills Have Eyes was also a great remake. Thir13en ghosts isn't bad either if you don't take it seriously. Also, Texas Chainsaw Massacre was better than the original in my opinion. With Friday the 13th, I expected more because of the hype Jason got I suppose.

Thanks, I was wondering whether I would have to wreck my novel with putting dates in and stuff. I'm glad I don't. I think it's going to be interesting. I'm going to try and do a chapter a day so overall, my novel will be 30 chapters long, haha. Has anybody at N-Europe completed this challenge?

A question I can't find the answer to: How do they know you started the novel on the first of November? Do you have to put the date down everytime you write something or is it an honesty thing, do you just write the novel normally?

LOL, maybe. This is, apparently, going to be the last ever SAW movie but there have been internet rumours that it's actually going to go up to 10. Now, as much as I love the Saw movies, that's just taking the piss. The trailers and posters suggest that this is the last movie when they say stuff like 'Jigsaw's plans will finally be understood' and 'everything comes full circle' so maybe they are just rumours...anyway... Zombieland Brilliant for any zombie fan. It's funny as well. I would recommend this to anyone! 8.5/10 Friday the 13th (2009) I've never watched a Jason movie apart from Jason X (which was absolute crap) and this has put me off watching them if all Jason movies are like this. It just got boring really fast and it was seriously too predictable for a slasher movie. 5/10 Halloween (Rob Zombie) The original was brilliant and I think this remake stepped up to the mark. It didn't rely heavily on gore, it focused on the story. I was pleasantly surprised to find a remake that I like better than the original. 8/10

98 on my first go. I was shocked. As soon as the fourth game happened, I was like "I'm in control" then 5 seconds later, "OMG! WTF!" lol. Love the game though. Gutted I never reached 100, haha.

Freddy's Nightmares- No More Mr. Nice Guy (Season 1, Episode 1) I enjoyed it. It explained what happened in the past when he got set free and things. My mate said it was crap and he's a Nightmare fan but I actually enjoyed it. 7/10 The Sopranos- Season 3 LOVE IT STILL! Just brilliant! Genius! 10/10 -
Ah, I see. Still, it's a good idea and a good challenge. Would like to see how many people on here actually will attempt it. I, for one, will DEFINITELY try it. I've written loads of short stories but never a novel, would be interesting to see what I'd come up with in 31 days.
