That was terrible.

Chess took Sixth Form by the hailstorm this year. I love it, and rape very often. It's an amazing game, and I found myself watching the whole of the World Chess Championship 2010 involving Topalov and Anand. This is incredibility though: I can't see how you could not be fascinated by the game (sorry if vid was posted).

^ Lul Well it's not that about teh 'thanks', whenever I check NE, I view all my posts and check for those open envelopes. The blue envelopes are much more preferable, but hardly any of them are. Or another reason. But yeah, I just have my profile tabbed on Chrome, so when I'm bored I click it and essentially check for nothing, because like Paj noticed, my activity has been horrendously low. It's like when you keep checking the fridge for food, even though you know that there wasn't anything in it an hour ago. Except this fridge is just frequently stocked with filler material, whereas my irl fridge is weekly packed with win. Basically I'm saying that, as a fridge, NE fails. Things turn mouldy too quick, and too many people want their share. I should be entitled to my fun-size Mars bars but everyone steals them. Who puts them in there anyway? I'm not saying this happened because of the new 'rules', but it's less enjoyable now. Other Consoles it fucking dire. Every post now is either product support, or a bunch of boring facts. Not even gonna bother with the platinum trophy, partly because of having to play caravan. Someone'll claim it's actually simple but I can't be arsed to waste time on it.

If a game is shit, and you've rented it, why force yourself through it anyway? I wouldn't feel obliged to do so. Yeah I did all of that, it just doesn't work. Anyway, as for the handset (Wildfire) my response is mixed. It struggles to run what you'd think would be simple apps (Angry Birds may as well be unplayable) and, not so much a phone problem, but I can't get Youtube to work off 3G. Generally seems like the operating system is struggling somewhat, and I guess that's because it runs off an old Android version or sommat. I was under the impression the Wildfire was pretty new and pretty high end but nooooo. Ergh. Just.... Argh. It might be worth cancelling the contract if that's even possible without Jesus ramifications. The Android store is miles behind the Apple one as well. Anyone recommend some good game apps I might not know of?

I still want to be able to use the Sync program, but I will see if I can do it your way in a bit! I am downloading some shizzle through the Market app, but am still unable to get my phone/pc to recognise each other. Bloody annoying. I've set the thing on the Wildfire to debug, as suggested by people. That allows a connection to be made where i can view files and stuff, but Sync still is unable to work. Lame.

OK so I've just got the Wildfire, but want to get some apps for it. Ofc the Android market is the place to get them, but I don't know how to put them on the phone. Is it through the HTC Sync program? Because I can't get that to work, as the Wildfire isn't recognised by the computer even though it's plugged in and charging via USB...
