"I love this game, it rocks" Shigsy says through gritted teeth.

Nice Rez h_h

It's going to be a competent but character-less shooter. It's guarenteed to have an unlimited amount of playability if you're into it, so any FPS player will likely have a good time spent levelling up.

A Tale of drowned puppies and the coming of Armageddon
dwarf replied to Pancake's topic in Other Consoles
You're wrong. It does not matter when I play FPS games with analogues, it's an even playing field as everyone is using them, I'm never blaming the controller for my frailties, and there's something boring about just moving your hand and clicking over an opponents head. It seems less skillful, even it isn't the case. Plus there's the cocks like counter strike players which are too good with a mouse. Basically I couldn't give a toss about your holy set up, don't talk as if your receiver is in the minority, being dumb. Overall, Puuc suuk duuk -
Thought I'd got it wrong. Haha.

IGN 7.6/10 At the start the review sounded really positive, and scrolling down I was surprised to see the average review score. I'm not surprised at the score looking at it from my perspective though. http://uk.ps3.ign.com/articles/106/1063592p2.html

That's a ridiculously good call.

I think people would know about it if that worked, so I'm saying 99.9% recurring, no.

Seems strange the the Beeb published that much information on it. Will that mean he'll try and get an insane trophy level? Probably wouldn't be any point in that but I wonder what sort of shit he could pull.

Ah well. It's ordered now. Gonna have to buy BC2 secretly, in a shop or something. Then epic fun ensues.

The 'gag' was that the moral had completely changed from the book to that particular picture. It looked like the dude was eating spaghetti in my eyes. Tbh I've killed any remnant of a joke within that post so its irrelevant now anyway. I think I do too many far-out references in my entries at the expense of all funniness.

I'm getting ma to pre-order HR, will pay her soonish. This is going to be awesome. Does the LE come with a seperate disc for the soundtrack? (going to check picture posted a few days ago)

Nah it's pretty much spoiler free. Man, this and Bad Company 2 are so close to each other, it's going to be one of the best couple of weeks for gaming.

Mine was a LOTF reference, bitch!

I won't be. I was fairly excited about getting into the beta but it just wasn't that great in ll honesty. There will still be a lot of bugs when its released. I'm doing the same as Emasher, except BC2 isn't really replacing any online FPS I have.

7. Metroid Prime.

7. Fallout 3? could be anything though

Coming near to the end of my most complete playthrough of Fallout 3. Obviously there's still a bunch of places and things I haven't done, but that said there isn't much of the map I haven't covered. 1/3 of the way through of Mothership Zeta, it was a pleasant surprise to see that the frame-rate is fine and there has only been one minor glitch. It is slightly annoying that I'm playing the last few DLCs with no XP incentive, it just feels wrong. Out of the add-ons, Zeta and Anchorage and Steel have been tolerable in terms of faults. Point Lookout & The Pitt glitched so much though, really pissed me off. Even Steel had its problems. Once I've finished everything I'll give you the lowdown on the extra contentery.

Street Fighter? May be a lame guess, but it looks like a fighting game of some sort.

Simon ran into the head mounted on a stick. After hallucinating, he discovered the real problem the boys were in. Don't steal spaghetti from the spaghetti monster.

That's because there isn't anything really to suss out. Flower & Tools of Destruction made decent use of it, but it's not really a feature - its very limited. In effect its a primitive extra analogue. How often would a game need to use it? Not very, which is why we haven't seen much of it. Arc could actually do something cool.
