Hot Fuzz Doesn't actually start until 20 minutes from the end. Ironically, the films primary fault is the same one of it's lead character: it just can't switch off, trying to fit middle England satire into a hole that only bombastic, high action lampoonage can fill. Where's the vacumnuss lack of character development? Where's the mindless gunplay? The meaningless blood and violence? The rediculous, bawdy dialogue? Where's the sorry excuse of a plot that was written on the bus? They should watch some 24 or something. 6/10

I dunno. There's always that little voice at the back of my head telling me that one day Rowan Atkinson's Great Great Great Great Nephew is going to do a sitcom about all of this, and it's going to be freaking hilarious.

Hello. My name is gaggle64 I am religous person. I don't have a thought in my head. I don't go to church in order to be part of a varied community of like minded people, nor do I use my faith and belief system as a springboard to assist others irregardless of their faith or creed. No sir, I am indeed a violent facist with no life beyond what some beard in a robe tells me to do. Now if you'll excuse me, I really must go commit a violent attack on a bus full of kids because they're not the same faith as me. Back in a bit.

That's just it though, isn't it? What exactly did he do to warrant all that mantle piece space filler? Office was decent and Extra's is OK, but six baftas and all that other crap showered upon him by the American gliteratti? Those aren't awards, those are media institutions trying to look like they're "for the people."

I'd pay good money to watch Bill Bailey beat the smugness out of him with his guitar.

Why is everyone so desperate to get Lint to the Past? Sure, it was brilliant, which is why I played to death again and again until every pixle of it was imprinted into my cerebrel cortex 10 years ago. -
That has to be the greatest and most hilarious end cutscene in the history of video gaming. Hankerchiefs for all!!

Can't say I'm a big fan of his standup. His sitcoms are fairly decent, but he's starting to run out of time on my watch.

Still waiting for them to go properly retro-cheap, at which point I will gorge myself stupid.

Xylvania were awesome: "And when you are victorious Kaiser Vlad?" "Yes Ubel, I will make you Governator!" It really was a damn shame it didn't have any multiplayer, as they had clearly put a lot of thought into the unit design of each of the different factions.

This would be my vision for an average morning in the life of Fierce Link. Enjoy.
-
I hope not. That would be like Arnold Schwarznegger doing a film about a war-crimes tribunal for all the gangester/terroists/2-bit punks he's ever blown away.
-
Yes, but by God in heaven it demanded a multiplayer. This, incidentally, will be among the first Wii games to have Online. FTFW.
-
God damn that looks tasty. Puts all these PS2 ports rightfully to shame.
-
This just looks magnificent. I sincerely hope this makes a European release, it looks georgeous from every angle, and will doubtlessly appeal to the Wii's wide general audience. Stick some David Attenborough commentery on there and let us bask in the glory of it all.

I wondered how long it would take to get this kind of thing onto the Wii. Now we just need Animal Crossing Wii and a Nintendogs follow-up, and Nintendo will have to dig another under-water cavern to store their vast riches.

They're life out there somewhere surely. I doubt they've found us yet though.

My word, I remember PSO. Is spent soo much time both on and offline on that thing. Hell, with a couple of willing friends it's still well worth digging out. I was RACast, level 80+ with a bazzoka and a phat pair of beefy power mags. In fact, I think that's still on my memory card. Good times, good times.

I'm quite tempted by this, but I might actually hold out until the next one, which I'll wager good money will probably have full Mii and Online support by then. Got plenty to play right now anyway.

First off, you really shouldn't be reading the Daily Star.

Daredevil - a blind lawer by day, a leather obsessed emo with 20-20 vision by night! I'm not going to lie to you - I don't get his appeal.

Life on Mars: Not so much a cop drama, more like a rather camp game of Good Cop - Bad Cop. All in all, reasonably good entertainment. Personally I'd go for a straighter kind of drama though. More cigarettes, less hilariously named criminals.

I'd really like it to be a new Samba di Amigo. I suspect it will have something do with the Alien license. Prediction: An easterly first-person shooter, with a strong chance of mild dissapointment. Xbox360 and PS3 likely to see the worst of it, dry elsewhere. Scattered VC releases will continue across the Wii. And now for the shipping forecast...

Kirby is an awesome, awesome game. -
I wish people would stop describing it as a "stealth tax", that's just needless poli-speak. It's not like anybody didn't notice it coming.
