  1. Just picked this up for £20, but now I need to buy an SD card & reader. Worst, soundtrack, EVER. (Any recommendations BTW?)
  2. Right, that went well for Italy didn't it? Whup, looks like Scotland just took it for the Irish. Hopefully Scotland can do as much damage as possible to the French lead. Go on you blues! Again! EDIT: Whoa! France take it with the last play! Superbly, unbelievably tense stuff. Now all England need to do is beat Wales by... 57 points... yeah.
  3. I've had my wii since January and I still haven't finished Zelda. We have lives on here, make no mistake of that.

Looks fantastic. A cutesy but properly emotional sci-fi RPG? Surprising, and pleasantly so.
  5. I hate waking up having slept on top of my arm. It's faintly horrifying, especially when you sleep on both, until the circulation returns it's like a preview of what being paralysed is like.
  6. Ruggers on again. Italy still doing remarkably well. C'mon you bluuuuees!
  7. I'm personally loathe to recommend anyone over OCers. They're a little bit more expensive but they pack quality goods and a quality service.
  8. Beating him up on the street is the only correct moral response anyone can give to the man though, don't forget that.
  9. The Supergrass performance was 'mazing. It's ages since I've seen a rock band doing something which actually looked like a rock concert.
  10. I know lots of people without wiis who kill for a new Nights game. Stay away from your local store, if this is true it's going to be a bloodbath.
  11. Time to get those wallets out people, c'mon andelay ariba!
  12. I've decided to donate what ever amount I can find on my desk. Also... Is it wrong to actually want to watch a Catherine Tate sketch when David Tenant is involved?
  13. Who's inside that giant Red Nose costume? He must have the best work uniform in the world.
  14. What? I don't get it, it has a tasteful retro appeal to my eyes.
  15. What on earth is wrong with that one?
  16. Top Gear of the Pops should be hilarious.
  17. Let us not forget the raging recriminations following "Celda" either.
  18. Enterprise didn't really give itself a role to play. DS9 was great because it was basically seven seasons of some blokes in a pub, Star Trek had a great sense of the fantastic as did Next Generation. To me it seems Enterprise tried to make things "more realistic" and "deep" which in sci-fi and fantasy is, at best, self defeating, and ultimately ended up having to piece itself together from what had come before it.
  19. If this goes ahead it's going to be awful. AWFUL. I don't give a crap if it's a "re imagining," why not just give us new Star Trek instead of pillaging my fondest memories.
  20. Alright folks, as we all know the military recently launched Skynet, and as such it's likely we only have about six years or so before the programme controlling all our war machines and weapons takes control and wipes out humanity, leaving the survivors to suffer under the brutal regime of the robot soldiers we once built to protect ourselves. So how will you be preparing for Judgement Day? Stockpiling weapons? Chilling with some Mexican "relatives"? Can Skynet yet be destroyed before it's too late? Remember: There is no fate, other then what we make for ourselves!
  21. Burnout. My dad bought it for me with my GC as an innocuous accompaniment to the main event (Rogue Squadron, Pikmin ect.) Little did we know at the time that we would be the among the earliest adopters (and eventually the most ardent fans) of one of the finest series to emerge that generation.
  22. Desert strike. I'd pay through the god damn nose for a wii update of that.
  23. *beep* *beep* I am a robot. Robots do not have feelings. *beep*
  24. Only very occasionally. I like a nice wine with a meal sometimes that sort of thing. I've only been properly drunk a couple of times though, I'm not really on the bar scene. Always prefer a good night in, settle in with a film, book or whatever might be on telly, with what ever may be left of the aforementioned wine.
