Early June most likely. Officially it shouldn't until mid-July but our course leader, being one of the lost flower children, doesn't seem to be a fan of clear and organised timetables. I'm not going to complain.

I think I shall wait until it's Euro release. My uni year ends about then, and I can't think of a better way to kick off the summer.

Forza 2 - A huge and hugely magnificent driving sim. Mass Effect - On my third play through and still going! Halo 3 - The party favourite.

There were a couple of uneventful races last year, but overall I thought the track action was good stuff. I was chewing my own face off watching Hamilton make his comeback bid in Brazil.

If you ask me, all we needed to spice F1 up again was for Schumacher to retire!

Graw 2 is really very good. The single player is short but the multi player should keep you going. I enjoy it anyway. Like all Live games, it is best enjoyed with friends.

You know when you are clearly in deep trouble when your best friend can pull (despite already having a girlfriend )and your other friend can pull (again, already has a girl friend) and the friend of your friend can pull (same situ) and you just can't pull. Nothing is certain at this point, but when it goes all the way to the Democratic convention and Hillary wins it without the greater number of elected delegates, that's going to greatly undermine both her and her party. She needs to score the popular vote before then, or submit to Obama. All this legal wrangling over the previously ignored Florida vote isn't helping things either. As for the budget, I'm glad to see the increases in winter fuel and child benefits. The alcahol tax increases, freeze in fuel duty and reduced growth outlook suggest an awareness and realism about the thinking behind it. Wish he had taxed plastic bags though.

I have to say, for all it's success Japan has an oddly seedy seam running through things. Mangas and anime's about girl robots/demons/sexy, sexy aliens being utterly subservient to angst ridden adolescent male students, and so forth. It's all very well when you're fourteen, but by the time you're twenty-two and you're performing public acts of "air sex"... -
