I'm personally reluctant to write off any prospective competitor entering F1 from elsewhere, as any success or lack there of in other series seems to have a tendency to mislead. Buemi has only ever been a runner up elsewhere and yet he's already shown himself to be a precocious talent in F1. His teammate Bourdais meanwhile, despite 4 consecutive Champ Car championship wins continues to struggle desperately by comparison.

I am prepared to purchase this game on the single specific basis that I get to strip President Barack Obama down to his underwear.

Xpert Eleven Season 8: Villan still a loser

Damn, unlucky not to win after dominating possession against Oddy, but I can't complain. Survival is guaranteed and the future is looking bright. -
Ooh, sign me up pleaaazze. ^^

I'll definitly have to give this a go. I've rather developed a taste for large sweaty men getting up close and personal with each other after playing the UFC demo, but I think I'd prefer something slightly more accessible.

The characters in the trailer are a little unusual looking for a CoD game, one with a death mask, one with a Mohican. Some kind of character-customisation option in there somewhere possibly?

Started investigating local avenues for job opportunities. People at the council love to give perfectly fine but mundane jobs incredibly wanky titles. "Waste Operator?" What?

Hamilton clawing his way up from the back could very well be the only thing of interest tomorrow. Say what you like, that boy's good value entertainment.

Everyone talking about getting their own place is making me feel inadequate now, I'm getting ready to settle back in at home for at least a year. Though with the family split off in every direction, it'll basically be my own place anyway.

I personally object strongly to the idea that losing some of the major manufacturers will limit the spectacle of F1, and Ferrari's frankly ridiculous accusation that these new teams would turn F1 into "GP3". It's the dedication and passion of small outfits that have built and coloured the finest eras of the sport, even as recently as the 90s. The budget cap is finally attracting the fresh blood that F1 desperately needs and the interest shown by teams and managers already successful in other racing series and related areas of motorsport looks like the healthiest possible progression of the sport. I'm surprised the likes of Toyota and Renault haven't left already, with corporate profits in the pan and still spending obscene amounts of money to achieve little or nothing. The budget cap will be a significant change, but I believe it has the potential to rejuvenate the sport and make it about something other then unfettered corporate spending power again. F1 as we know it is struggling, cap or no cap. Maybe now we'll be able to get F1 as it should be.

I never thought this day would come, but I actually agree with Rez on something. I'm frightened.

I was only recently introduced to this show recently, and I've only seen the first season so far. Some cracking lines I must say. "There's no denying it: Psychiatry and cunnilingus led us to this disaster!"

This thread hasn't been about anyone's actual sexuality for about 130 pages now and the knob gags ran out about 60 pages ago.

I'll bend over backwards and eat the underwear straight off my backside if Ferrari aren't lining up with a tier-less budget capped grid in place next year. I will then regurgitate and eat them again if that's anything other then exactly what Bernie and Max wanted.

Cooking Mama of Duty: Wok Warfare In a fictional near-future full scale war against a powerful breakaway group of hardliner Chinese communists, you play Corporal Maria "Cooking" Mama of U.S.S.C.S (United States Special Cooking Service.). Armed with your wits, some sun flower oil, a pinch of salt and an M4 multifire assault rifle, prepare to get parachuted onto the front line of WW3. Bake cakes, throw down some stir-fry, mix a few salads and keep the cream of US Marines from going hungry before joining them on a deadly all out assault against the Chinese missile defense system. Then break for lunch.

You can bet your house on Button winning the championship now surely? Big loss for the bookies come November.

Been maxing and relaxing. I've played far too much COD4 online and I've listened to far too much Journey. I'm almost certain combining the two at such length is unhealthy on some level. Not going to stop though.

Fantastic. I put in a couple of late nights, polishing off my writing portfolio to be submitted and then just as I'm about to finish my tutor calls and tells us we can leave it until Monday. I am both relieved and annoyed.

Dude, Jackie Stewart? THE Jackie Stewart? I'd have probably ripped my shirt open and asked him initial my nipples. It's Jackie Stewart!

Welcome, always delightful to have a fresh voice on board.

I agree with Murray definitly - I don't agree with everything Ecclestone and co do but looking at both recent and long past events, without them keeping the teams in their place, F1 would probably be a two or three team monopoly that never left western Europe.
