It's not that important no, but it would suck if she did hate her, and wouldn't be fair as my g/f is lovely and hasn't done anything to deserve that. But yeah, i'm not making a big deal out of it. I'm in brum now and my mom has asked how my g/f is and has talked about her in dribs and drabs, albeit with a little coaxing from me, but i couldnt sense any negativity in her so i think its fine. I didn't make this thread though, so im not the drama queen it makes me out to be!

I just got my first Platinum trophy! It was on WWE Legends and was pretty easy actually. Sadly its on my work PS3 so i cant enojy having it on my home profile. Ah well, it felt good all the same. I never have time usually.

Yeah, i know. It's stupid isn't it. I think my g/f has watched too many dramas and thinks there's some hidden mind games going on. I guess it cant hurt to try and improve things though. I might even get on with my mom better so, no harm in talking more. It's probably a result of years of secrecy on my behalf too. I've never really included my mom with my g/fs in the past so, this being my first major long-term relationship, its all a bit new trying to merge the two. But it has been five years so, i guess its time to break the walls down.

Yeah i know. There just doesn't seem to be much difference in beating someone with 1000 more points and someone with 3000 more. I wouldn't know how much you get for beating someone with 4-5000 more as i've never done it :p Wish they'd just sort out the search system already. It should show how many points someone has at the very least so you can choose what sort of gamble you want to take.

Do they say you smell if you dont wear it? :p My colleague smells alot, but there's no way nice way to tell her. She cycles a long way every morning and clearly doesn't wear anti-persperent. The worse time was when she came to the cinema with us. It was even further away and she decided to cycle again. Man, those were a long two hours! Cant even buy her something because then she would know we think she smells. What do we do?!

What do you guys think about celebrity fragrances? Seems everyone has one, from Paris Hilton to Britney Spears, i've lost count of how many there are. Ordinarily i'd say they disgust me. Just another way to cash-in and make a quick buck. I couldn't understand why anyone would want to buy such tripe when there are proper fragrances out there. But then i saw this... No doubt a lot of you are disgusted right now. I would be too. But i love Avril, and i felt this weird emotion when i saw it. I felt that, if i were a girl, i would so have to get that shit! Whats wrong with me?! I hve no idea how much input she had in the making of it, only that she likes the packaging. But still, i'd wantto smell like Avril if i could. It's messed up. Moving on from that though, what do you guys prefer to scent yourselves with? I'v always been a CK man. CK One used to do just fine, but CK In2U has become my regular christmas present from distant relatives, so that has become my new smell. One last thing. What's with fragrance adverts?! They're all so weird. I guess its hard to sell a smell via vision, but surely they can think of better things than "wear this, it gets you sex".

My g/f doesn't want me to mention it as my mom would never let it drop. So i have to somehow find a way to let my mom know she needs to show more interest in my g/f without actually telling her that. Guess i have to name drop and hope for the best.

I have a question for those in relationships... Do your parents take much interest in your partner? I only ask because my g/f is convinced my mom hates her. They've only met a few times and my mom has been her usual self. She talks alot, usually about crap and repeats herself about stuff that isn't important, probably one of the reasons why my g/f feels she the way she does. Like last night, on the phone with my mom, she never asked how my g/f was. Is that weird? She does ask occasionally, maybe once in five calls, but it really upsets my g/f that she doesn't take an interest. I try to explain that its just the way my mother is, but shes convinced its because she doesnt like her. I mean, on the one hand i can see where shes coming from, most normal people would ask how your partner of five years is more often, but then again, my mom has paid for me and my g/f to go on numerous little trips and holidays and that. I think maybe she shows her 'love' with gifts rather than talk. But i dont know. She barely asks me how i am, and when she does its soon cut off by stories about her day =/ Humph.

I jinxed it. Went on tonight, thought id just kill some time and have a few matches. Lost 250 points. It's ridiculous! All of them had over 1000 BP and they all got between 60-100 points off me. Its so not on. I won a few and got 30 points max. So unbalanced. I've decided not to care about the points anymore though. I had my run! Its the fun that counts right?!?!

I love the bits. I like how it feels when you drink it, its tingly and delicious. Plus you get a sense that you're actually having real juice squeezed from the fruit and not just concentrate.

I got over 2000 BP! God knows how i did that. I'm top of the board out of the N-E PS3 lot as well! (Sorry Matt :P). I'm sure it wont be for long. I tend to have streaks where i do really well, then i somehow manage to lose to n00bs and get docked 100s of points at a time Also, liquidmetal, how on earth have you won like over 200 matches but have less points than us? It makes no sense, unless you also lose alot too =/ Still love beating people as Chun-Li. They dont expect it, so it feels soooo good. Have had a few compliments from players saying im the best Chunners they've faced (which might not mean much as i havnt come accross many myself, but hey!).
