So I fiinnaally caught up with this, spent the last couple hours finishing off S4 (solid friday night in). Fuck me, incredible, incredible show. Just. Everything. The best bit (big spoilers)

Urgh. Got battered 4 - 1 at Aqui1a despite having prepared for formation and defence right. Desperately need a new keeper, struggling to keep form anywhere near high enough, same with my defenders. 'mare.

My most played of the past couple months. Decided I love it, though some of the lyrics are shit. Surprised about how much hate there is for her. Just a great voice / orcestration behind her (even if she's got nout to do with that). Love Radio / Born to Die. The download that I had didn't have Lolita or Lucky Ones on the end! What a treat!

I kept him down to 3 - 1 despite having a awful backup keeper, injured defender and getting tactics completely wrong, you can do it! Baggies 4 life! Cube's team is ridiculously good! Edit: Tricky dilema - just got a decent 18 - 4 through (crucially, he works hard in training) yet I literally just bought myself an 18 - 5 to develop. Which should I go for? Both is probably too ambitious as I won't be comfortable in the middle league this season, gonna be hard staying up and that.

Caught by my fiendish offside trap. Was pretty pleased with my performance, away against a monster like the Bru it was nice to nab a goal and keep down the chances - especially given my keeper was lightly injured and on 2 bars of form... don't think a single save was made, i was anticipating a horrific scoreline.. anyway. Good game! Shame to bow out so early but positives to be taken! Hopeful for next season, shame it's a while away now...

Oops... bit too preoccupied with getting promoted I reckon.. should probably have done a Dud / flink and stayed in the lowers for another season. Pretty annoyed none of my central 3 midfielders jumped, considering they played every game and were all on about 13 or something. Urgh. Still, couple of jumps where I wanted them, defence is okayish... Don't reckon I've too much hope of staying up next season now, ah well, live and learn... Also, keeper and defender out for tomorrow, will be very lucky if I escape without losing in double figures!

Yeah this is the best shout I think. Realistically, the way xpert works its probably likely that the only way lower leaguers are going to get a sniff of results against the big boys would be by playing somewhat defensively, so most of the proposed rules (draws decided by chances created etc) would potentially be a bit harsh. I think replays in the event of a draw would be probably be the best option.. with a switch the home / away side for the reply.. though obviously more time consuming.. Can we do this all these precise rules as an actual cup? Or would it have to be a series of friendlies organised out of the game?

YESS promotion virtually guaranteed, unless I lose the last match (likely) and drop my 13 goal lead in goal difference (possible but hopefully not that likely, touch wood). Boom.

Yeah I agree. If the first round is just giants vs little leagues then realistically the latter probably aren't going to progress. Random would be more fun and the draw would be more exciting I think.... Btw - will any dvs come of this / will we get the stat increases (forget the name) after the season or after the cup?

Watched your match as Bubbles had been promotion challengers. Shocking amount of yellow cards you got! Good result though. Easy 6 - 0 away win at Ganja. Huge huge next two matches DuDs Baggies Commerade Co-op Both away. Very nervous. If I win either match I'm pretty much promoted. Probably the toughest fixtures in the league though, ahh.

Yeah definitely eating my words about Ade right now. I still think he's pretty inconsistant though, he was poor against Liverpool last match (admittedly, so was the whole team). But yeah, great performance today. Impressed by Saha too. Now for consistency, Friedal... the man amazes me every game. So solid.
