I don't think patches can fix hardware bugs?

Madden and Tiger Woods are the only games out of that list I'm interested in, and only because of the way they'll probably control.

With the Wii being a new concept in gaming, I'm quite concerned that at first the control scheme may have a lot of bugs. This is putting me off pre-ordering the system, as I wanna see if people will have a lot of complaints about the system. Normally it wouldn't put me off, as my N64, and GC were very first versions of the consoles, and still work perfectly today, but this is something that really bothers me. Do you trust that Nintendo will have Wii perfect for launch, or are you not bothered, knowing your warranty will cover any big bugs you may encounter?

Try going back and playing them now dude, they're horrific. Haven't aged well at all. Trust me, I've still got RTWC '98 and WC '98 on my N64.

Yeah, also, all 3 of the GTA's on PS2, were all part of a trilogy, none were true sequels, all using the same Renderware engine.

I think organized piracy is a problem, but the odd guy downloading a game from the internet which he'd never have bought anyway, hurts no one. Anyways, that's the last on piracy for me. My DC should be here tomorrow, along with Virtua Fighter 3. I'll probs get some more cheap second hand games from Ebay and Amazon too.

Seinfeld ended early, and it was better for it. I love that sitcom, it was never tainted with poor later episodes like so many other TV programs.

The only annoyance with Wind Waker I had, is that you had to change the direction of the wind all the time. Apart from that, I thought the sailing was a bad ass idea. It's my fave second Zelda game after OOT.

I liked the endings in Shenmue 1 and 2 personally.

No sale is guaranteed, developers have no basic right for their game to sell. I buy all my games, and any games I have downloaded and enjoyed, I've gone out and bought. To me, piracy is like an extended demo. Anyways, this thread about my new Dreamcast. :p

It's powerful enough, and that's the main thing. Yes, the PS2 being more powerful than the GC is nonsense. The GC clearly has graphics head and shoulders above the PS2.

£170 is too much. £150 is the max I'm willing to go. It's not that I can't afford £170, it's just a matter of principal for me.

I don't think my midfield will be picked, it's just what I'd play to get some stability and function in to the side. Our midfield, considering the quality we have, has been nothing short of pathetic under Sven.

Donkey Kong 64 made me bite my N64 pad in frustration years ago. Heh. I don't get angry like that much any more though.

Might go and play Shenmue 2 again. Already completed it twice, but I've got no games I need to complete, I've done them all. :|

I remember I used to rent Street Fighter for the Mega Drive over and over when I was a kid. I'd play it for like 7 hours straight at a time. Now when I play it on an emulator, I think the game is just horrible. Playing it again definitely took away my rose tinted view of the game I used to have.

Yes, it is a bit expensive, it all came up to almost a hundred quid all together. But I already have a load of DC games from the last time I had a DC, and I still have all of the cables and stuff too left over. I don't think it will be as sweet as the days when I used to play Quake 3 online with my old DC, but I'm looking forward to buying a load of cheap ass DC games from Amazon and EBay to play. Got my power converter today. Just waiting for my Dreamcast to be delivered now. Should be here on Wednesday I reckon. I'll post some pics when my sexy new DC comes.
