I didn't laugh, only because I thought you were serious at first.

Yay @ Black Mask, my no.1 choice for next film. Yay @ Robin being independant of Batman Although, I still prefer the idea of Catwoman, or ,though unlikely, Huntress, to Robin.
-
First Robin never died. He's now his own man, and occasional leader of the Outsiders, Nightwing. Jason Todd was a brash and impulsive second Robin, who got killed by Joker. And yes, they brough him back recently, as an enemy of Batman (kinda).
-
That could work actually. Although everyone hates Damian (I do). No hood, looks cliched.
-
The nipple-application is sexist; Why doesn't Batgirl have nipples built into her costume?
-
I have to say, I love the Nightwing costume from Batman & Robin. I think something like that would work in the 3rd Nolan film...though obviously without the pointless muscle definition and nipples. I love the simplicity of the bird design and the cape. If he had longer hair, to give more of a serious/sinister appearance, it would be good too. \

Typecasting that guy from Superbad, much?

Nah, 18's too independant, or at least the age has connotations of such. I mean, Forever did the same thing, and it was better than having a child, but a 16 year old is still a "child" in older people's eyes I guess.
-
Not really much that fans haven't already been over in their heads. However, he'd have to be at least 16...or I wouldn't buy it at all. Plus the fact that Bruce would ever train a teenager to join him is actually an extremely selfish idea, when thought about. That's why I think that if a sidekick is ever introduced, they should be independant, wanting to help Batman. Maybe a Batgirl that takes from character aspects of The Huntress, or even Azrael. Of course, they could just do Catwoman right, and have her as Batman's first experience of having a "sidekick".

Argh! Stop reminding me that I haven't read Long Hallowe'en yet!

I kinda hate when "80's Music" as a term actually only covers what was popular on the charts during the 80's. I mean, there was some good music being made all the way through...it just wasn't cheesy enough to get noticed by the masses.

I've never been a massive fan of the Disney-Pixar films..I like Incredibles, and the Toy Stories are good too. I'm more of a fan of the classic animated films. (Not because of the animation, bear in mind)

Yep. Try watching the 2-part origin story of Two-Face from the 90's TV show, that's the best version of his origin out there, IMO. Basically he has a massive dark side that has always been within him, but the scarring was physical as well as mental, causing the dark side to be in control mostly. Two-Face was done perfectly. Talk of him being in the third film is silly...he served his purpose, he was a metaphor, in any case. I metaphor for Batman vs. Joker, Chaos vs. Order. Where Joker and Batman are opposites that can never beat one another, Two-Face is the one (unfortunately?) stuck in the middle, dealing with both chaos and order within himself. People should stop seeing the villains as those from the 90's films, where they are the 2 big baddies, with long set ups. Nolan actually made Two-Face effective in this film, and cut the crap crimes he commits based around doubles and twos. Think of Two-Face as Joker's pawn/his final send-off. As Joker says himself, the fate of Gotham's spirit wouldn't be decided in a silly fist-fight at the top of a skycraper.

It took a few listens to get into, but I really love CSS's new album now. It's just a big bundle of fun...less awesome as their debut, but different.

YEah we briefly mentioned it...I dunno. The few times I've sat down to listen to it, It's gone by very quickly, and the only one that stood out was This Woman's Work, which I know very well anyway. Not saying it's worse than any others because of this, it's me not getting it totally yet. Plus I find her singing style sometimes too foggy. I can't hear half of what she's saying, and it doesn't work me for me all the time.

Well, In general it wasn't as good a film as the first, and the acting didn't really convey it all very well. Another thing that bugged me was the use of songs they're meant to be dancing to added in later, so that it looks totally wrong. Their movements are totally random for whatever song they're dancing to. Anyway...

Considering I've never been able to really get into any Kate Bush stuff past just "like", I love her latest (about 3 years old now) album, Aerial. Maybe I find some of her other stuff a bit dated...I can never be bothered listening to The Sensual World, The Kick Inside I think I've never completed as awhole without falling asleep, and a lot of Hounds Of Love blends together for me. One day I'll appreciate her fully, I'm sure.

I did 3 Highers and 3 As Levels (My school has jokish options for exams). Got my Highers back today; English A Yay. I did well in English for my GCSE's, but I never know If I've done well or not. Modern Studies C Meh. I passed, I don't care. I enjoyed taking the subject, but have always struggled with remembering facts, as evidenced by... Geography F I've never got anything below an E before, and not in an official exam. I honestly would never had thought I did that badly. However, I dunno If I can be bothered resitting, as I only care about my AS levels, really.

Yeah, I like that it's not as twee as some other teen-flicks, but it's 6/10 at best. It is funny in parts. My sister and I saw the third one first, and it's funny in the way that you end up laughing at bits that you shouldn't. Like Hayden Panettiereieieirere trying to be gangsta.

I had (until a few days ago), an eyepatch, that I found on my desk, and proceeded to pop inwards and outwards (in stayed in the position you pressed it into) until I actually ripped a hole in the middle. In my anger, I then ripped it to shreds and stuffed it in the bin.

Right... ------ They should have just killed Mary Jane in Spider-Man, seriously. If they wanted to get rid of her. I mean, what's the point of the last 15+ years of reading Spider-Man if they just pretend it never happened. I don't care that the stories are amazing, they could have just done them after the obligatory mourning arc after MJ would have been killed. It feels a bit like having Aunt May shit all over my face, this whole deal.

Yeah, but to be fair, the first Dc Crisis was needed, to tie everything up. However, there's that kinda cleaning up, and then theres One More Day/Brand New Day in Spider-Man. That's the thing that put the final nail in the coffin of my love for Marvel.
