Well I didn't know the exam was tomorrow when we booked it. And I'm not going to cancel Antony and the Johnsons. It's not like I'm going to take in much in the 2-3 hours i'm away. And I know I only have myself to blame. Doesn't make me feel any better though.

Oh lord, I just knew you'd be the one to like Chuck Norris jokes. Let's see, you, villan, danny, (possibly ReZ?), Tellyn as I've found out, probably more people for me to be dissapointed in.

Eyes Wide Shut Wowza. I personally loved it ; I know opinion is somewhat divided. Watching so late at night probably amped up the suspensey bits, but it was effective and and interesting and disturbing commentary on sexual desires/denials. or as the dvd calls it "a bracing psychosexual journey". There's a hugely effective build-up of sexual tension the whole way through, which, humourously, is in both the viewer and the characters. I was actually itching (not literally) for some sort of closure, but the ending hilariously suns it all up. 9/10 Luurved it.

A prominent member on another forum I frequent a lot commited suicide on the 20th, I just found out. Shame, and I guess it shows how no matter how funny or amicable you seem on the net, it's such a skewed portrayal of how you are on the outside/rl.

I don't really have one...I'm still at school so yeah. Though I am going interrailing this summer with a group of friends who are the sort to get raped and murdered in Hostel-esque situations, led astray by the mention of whores/drugs/booze. So we'll just see. I might end up being the hero of a horror film-like situation. I could finally put all the hours of re-enacting scenes from Alien/Terminator to good use. (shaking, crying, looking around corners while klaxons deafen me and I have epileptic seizures due to the lights going crazy etc)

I dunno, now he looks old it's "ok". Like "He's an old man, he's allowed to look a bit scary". But he had fake teeth in this (I'm pretty sure). And he was deliberately sleazed up.

Wild At Heart I really liked it, but David Lynch seems to be able to do that to me with all his films so far. Pretty sexy in parts too, but Laura Dern is sex. I've never seen anyone look so good in those high-waisted legging things outside of superhero comics. I love her emotive face too. Not a huge fan of Nicolas Cage, but he was good here, imo. I liked that it was somehow a sort of *can't think of the word* to Wizard Of Oz. I love the various people who star in all his movies. (or multiple ones, in cameo roles) Various Twin peakers here, Jack Nance aka Eraserhead, and Isabella Rosselini, of course from Blue Velvet. But yeah, enjoyable and sensual. I love stuff about that "dusty" bit of America. Ooh Willem Dafoe was good. Looking creepy as fuck though. 8/10
