Yeah. Allthough La Roux means Red -haired One, which as a band named, refers to her, so I really think it can apply to just her anyway. By "looks", I meant that if she wanted people to fawn over her and think was sexy and attractive like other female singers, she would put more effort in. It looks more like she does stuff with her hair/wear glittery eye stuff and whatnot out of fun or as part of her "persona". Same with the frown I suppose. If you construct a face for the music you put out, it's easier to leave it behind and live your actual life.

I really don't think she cares what others think about her looks. The music doesn't evoke the sense that she's frowning.

Okay, hearing it from Raining made it make sense. Sounds like a mafia'd variation on the Stockpile moves. Raining's clean in my book.

I genuinely lol'd. A show I liked, then was lukewarm over, then hated. Over the course of 15 episodes or something. Honestly awful.

Stop telling lies. Better than IFTK and Bulletproof? Oy. I wish. To be honest, I'm Not Your Toy is above Reflections are Protection, but that is the worst track on the album by far. Colourless Colour, Cover My Eyes and Armour Love are all so fucking brilliant in comparison. I'm Not Your Toy will do okay as I single, but it's not got the wow factor. It sorts of goes along nicely, then stops. leaving you with little (relative to the others).

I can only assume it's Stockpile she has. Or some variation on. Stockpile is an attack wherby you store energy (although, not from other people!), and then you can keep doing os, or use the energy stored in the moves, Spit Up, which is an attack, or Swallow, which heals the stockpiler. But looking at it like that, it's a weak arguement.

Is it just me that questions Pelipper being a pokemon that can abosrb powers? (whatever that even means) Pelipper doesn't know mimic, sketch, metronome...it can't even learn Mirror Move. Of course that doesn't mean it doesn't know Mirror Move as part of the role here, but even so. Stockpile is the only power that would make twisted sense, stockpiling...powers? But for what use? This makes no sense. She said it made you look stupid. Difference between caling you stupid and what she said.

I do love Invincible. I love how it takes the piss out of Superhero comics so much. I'm just reading the bit where he and Titan take on Machinehead's hired villains. The comic timing is so good. When that shitty lion guy from some random RPG pounces, shouting "ROAR!". And when Magnattack says the cliched line "I'm going to enjoy this...", and Titan is just like "Then you've got a weird definition of fun.". There's so many fair comments in the series. I actually sitting here lolling at the Monster Girl, still.

I understand where he comes from in terms of quality vs. how much you personally like it. The 2 are different things. As a piece of art, Charlie's Angels 2: Full Throttle is worse than Schindler's List. But I enjoy it more, for various reasons. It's a muddy and unresolvable topic though.

Yeah. People dress differently, more smartly in most cases to go to interviews for jobs, to give the impression you are professional. That's a superficial concept (whether or not you dress like that every day of your life or never), trying to impress through appearance of importance and professionalism. Same with this e-mail address thing.

So I'm on Invincible 10. It's good/engaging. 7 was cool, since it was like "Sorry!". I loved War Woman, the hideously muscley, lesbian Wonder Woman. Literally.

I've seen the first one once or twice about 8 years ago, and I've seen about 40 mins of the second one at 3 in the morning. There's a bit with a massive dance in Zion, and they go into the kitchen of a restaurant, except it's actually a mansion owned by Persephone.

Dance Hall is great. Nothing like their recent collab, but then again, he works on almost all her albums, so it wouldn't be. I love it though. Arguably moreso than a few of her solo ones. Is This Desire? is a reserved affair, but considered one of the best. SCG, did you get 4-Track Demos by PJ? It's not really an album, but it's just a collection of lo-fi sessions from the Rid Of Me era, with 4-5 unreleased songs on it. Worth getting if you see it. --- All the new Muse stuff sounds boring. --- I loved that Guild Cast song.

He meant what element. My favourite elements are Grass, Flying,Bug and Fire. I'm waiting for them to make the quite obvious Firefly pokemon that would be be Bug/Fire. So that for me. Or pure Flying.
