  1. I did think that actually. There's just as much chance he's Registeel and he is Regigigas, since I can't imagine ReZ having a random legendary in the mafia by himself. But then maybe I think too much of ReZ.
  2. *screams* Not_So_Tiny is mafia, most likely Mawile, who I suspected was here, is Steel, and has a huge mouth that swallows people. Nintendhonut, Aggron, Mafia evil, tried to silence Coolness, the investigator, the night Not-So_Tiny was to be investigated. Lynch: Not_So_Tiny
  3. Does the song gain much more quality-wise by knowing how to play it? Or does it make you appreciate how fun it is to play? Difference there.
  4. etc. The triangle isn't always there. And I don't consider that the whites of his eyes...that's like a reflection or something.
  5. So? I listen to everything objectively, not playing any instruments (anymore).
  6. Dear Wailord, I loved you muchly. You were nothing but open-hearted and emotionally available. --- I was swallowed last night. Someone remind me who all the swallowers in the room are. LOLOLOLOLOL
  7. You bastard. Avvie: 5 I like the concept, but I dislike the fact it's just a photo of a statue. A drawing of the same scene would work better. Sig: 7 Would get more if the Mickey was the original "no whites in eyes" Mickey.
  8. She does about 22-24 songs a night. So... Datura would be interesting. Seeing if she can recall the names of a thousand species of flower over a crazy electronic beat.
  9. Recent Listening Experiences To Albums I'd Never heard Before Foo Fighters - The Colour and The Shape It was decent, but unmemorable. Nothing particularly wrong with it, but a bit monotonous. But it had more energy and less banality than I expected. Not quite sure why everyone is bumming Everlong though, very forgettable compared to a lot of the other songs. Obviously deserves another run-through though. Roisin Murphy - Ruby Blue Love Roisin and Moloko, been meaning to get a hold of this for ages, only ever had Overpowered by her. Very different to that, lots of strange concoctions of jazz beats and tribal melodies, trumpets, piano, drums. Produced by someone I remember being great and I that I know of, but can't recall now. Awesome. Imogen Heap - Ellipse Her previou album seemed to be loved by everyone, and while nice, it SOUNDED like it was all made/mastered on her laptop. Which it was. This one is more of the same but a bit more refined. Nice, some great songs like First Train Home, and upbeat ones she's not done much of before like Bad Bodydouble. Simian Mobile Disco - Temporary Pleasure Really good. Lots of collabs with familar voices like Alexia Taylor (hot Chip) and Beth Ditto, but all good. Faves atm are probs 10000 Horses Can't Be Wrong, Ambulance and Audacity of Huge.
  10. Slaggis, no. Jayseven is right to have put it to rest. It's time had come. [/Jedi]
  11. I'm a terrible/lazy reader. I've still not finished Mrs. Dalloway, after getting about half-way 3 months ago. I also started A Room of One's Own, also by Virginia Woolf, same story. And now I want to read The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, but I feel I should read my other books first. I can never be arsed to read when I go to bed at the moment, which is where I do my reading mostly.
  12. Apparently it's bad/dull.
  13. Foo Fighters is one of those bands that I have sort of listened to in the past, but own nothing by them. I'm giving them a listen now. I never got the hype.
  14. BFP and LAMB are two of my favourite albums. Obviously BFP is like...my second or third favourite ever, and LAMB isn't anywhere near there, but it's a brilliant pop album. Yay for the Moloko! It's a great album. I just got Ruby Blue by Roisin Murphy, on a similar note.
  15. I dreamt I had to attend some events mangement class with a friend of mine at school, just to learn how to do something for the upcoming school event I had to manage. The teacher was really annoyed I just intruded on her class, despite there only being 4 people in it normally.
  16. Didn't you just warn me not to do it again, rather than me promising not to? If you ever have to watch that dredge, you'll appreciate why I dragged it out for one last time.
  17. I love their music, and have seen no interviews/read nothing of them, and I remain perfectly happy. It's her/their prerogative to do whatever the hell they want, in whatever mood they want. I don't see why anyone cares? Just cause she's not as up for posing for gossip magazines doesn't make her in any way worse. ---- In other news...SCG, I'm so sorry. I've sent you to hell.
  18. I was joking. lol. *silence* Remember that I love you. [/Kimya Dawson]
  19. I need to buy you a present for your contribution to the arts.
  20. It's really quite awful. :p EDIT: Hard Candy, not YS! YS is, as Chair says, absofabbydabby one of the greatest things I've ever heard. 1. Emily 12.09 2. Monkey + Bear 9.29 3. Sawdust + Diamonds 9.56 4. Only Skin 16.53 5. Cosmia 7.17
  21. Bedtime Stories has my most played song ever, Bedtime Story, on it. It was written by Bjork, and is all awesome. The rest is alright, but a bit forgettable (and sounds nothing like the title track) Ray Of Light sort of does all the relaxing, spiritual bits in Bedtime Stories better. Like A Prayer is her best "pop" album. All anti-religion and stuff. You should get Erotica too. Love that. No one remembers it. It's all jazzy, and reminds me of the 30's and cigarette smoke.
  22. Listen to the full album and understand why it's the best thing she's ever attempted to do. --- And in case anyone is wondering about S.C.G being taken my wing... Maybe.. Just maybe... I've been recommending good music the whole time? Just a thought.
  23. I Know Who Killed Me I'm sorry. The Madonna gif when used in reviews is reserved for a special kind of film. This is most definitely the worst film I have ever seen, and most anyone who has the misfortune of seeing it, ever will see. I can't describe how awful it is. It's not even self-aware of it's own absurdity. It tries so hard to be arty, using SHITTY imagery, it's...just...remarkable how atrocious it is. I could fucking make this film better than whatever cunt made this. Oh my god. No. You know a film is bad when you notice how awfully directed it is, how bad the camera work is, how shit the whole...UGH. Oh god. I'm going ot vom everywhere. Take it away. I really really try and find merits in all films, but there was nothing. I feel naked, raw and dirty. NEVER WATCH IT.
  24. I am a fan of Madonna's, but really not a huge fan of her dancey stuff. Or rather, I like Like A Prayer (1989) all the way up to American Life (2003). Others are good in parts, but aren't as interesting. (all her albums have dancey stuff, but I know what I meant) Her new single being pretty shit might have something to do with it being snubbed. There's a remix which makes it sound mildly good, but yeah. Shame. --- Talking of the Black Eyed Peas, they've got less good over time. I hadn't Shut Up in honestly about...4 years, and when it came on in my friends car, I had a fit, and we ended up deciding not to go to something in town cause i had to listen to the whole song. Actually stunning in retrospect.
