One of my all-time fave remixes is of a song I never particularly liked: Just brilliant. The way it all builds up, and then how the layers play together towards the end. Dunno if YT audio is all that great, but yeah. ALSO (just remembered), another Kylie Minogue (dunno why her remixes stick out so much in my mind), of a song I actively DON'T LIKE It's so cool. You'll Never Get To Heaven If You're Scared Of Getting Hiiiiiiggghh.

It's the best. I was reminded of it on Pitchfork's best of the 90's lists they recently did. I'm just going to wobble in my chair to Roads now btw. My favourite wobbling song.

On a siiiiiide-note: I hate when DVD's, CD's, games whatever print the titles on the spine in the wrong direction, so it looks fucked up beside all your other ones. Antichrist is like that, as is Joni Mitchell's last album.

My PM told me that Ellemeister indeed just investigated Eenuh. Or that was Ell's words anyway. With a little smiley face at the end. [/proof I'm telling the truth]

I meant other non-smokers, sorry. Obviously it's bad for a smokers health, and as a non-smoker, it's best to avoid it, but walking through it at a pub doorway really won't cause long-term harm to most people *guessing*.

Well turns out my power is a bit different, I apparently find out what people PM to Diageo, not the other way (i.e I thought I'd get the PM Diageo sends back with Results). I targeted Ellmeister, finding out he targetted Eenuh. (IIRC, let me go check again).

If Samus is the ball, I might well be the blue illusion. So someone *glares at ReZ* stabbed me? I still got my PM. What does the stabbing do?

I'm with Daft/iPaul. It's a very "handy" or whatever social thing, and It does feel like you're almost left out if you don't (even if you aren't at all). (And it doesn't really affect most people..the recounting of "coughing fits" sounds like a joke, but I'm probs immune due to being in a smoking household or whatever. ) But then it would be so silly for me to smoke, like turning up to see my friends randomly with a cigarette. I would feel ridiculous. And of course it's bad for you lulz. But my parents smoke, so I deal.

This always annoyed me: It's just too busy, cluttered with shite. Keep the stunning image of her, make the title more definitive/in a better font, and more prominent. It needs a better design, which it seems to have got with later releases :

I loved New Avengers, but then I never read ANY of the old New Avengers run, and only some Mighty, so him writing the team hasn't grated on me at all. I prefer this to what's been going on in Avengers. --- The HUGELY (strangely?) hyped/exposed Uncanny X-Force 1 gets a new variant cover, despite there being tonnes of great ones already (and the interior art being stunning): LIEFELD! Awful awful awful. Lol at Angel's wings. Lol/I am cry at Psylocke's waist. Lol at all the musculature. He's got worse.

Haha, no one is gonna vote ReZ at all now. :p

I voted just in case of lynch bomb. Soz. Thank for your belief in me. Also, I didn't get an info that's particularly pertinent last night.

Vote: ReZourceman

Well you put your opinion out there, I put mine...I wasn't saying you were wrong. I just found I enjoyed it more as the issue went on.

I quite liked it. I prefer Mike Allred for a similar thing, he kinda makes that "retro", clear style his own, but not everyone is as great as he is.

The fire starter looks the best, the other ones looks too "generic legendary". Well, the Water one at least. Considering the mid-evolution stuns. If it is Fire/Fighting, I will be a bit peeved though.

P.S I think your longer hair was better. IIRC you called it "crazy long hair", which is an insult to those of us cursed with actual crazy long hair. kthxbai

Congratujob. My day's been "..." and "I hate", alternatingly. My driving test is on Monday, my dad set the date, even though at the time of booking my instructor and I both agreed I wasn't good enough. While I've definitely got better, and had to do loads of hours driving by myself (i.e not lessons, with a parent or whoever) since BSM mucked up my lesson schedule (so haven't had one in 3 weeks), my 2 hour lesson today was AWFUL. Really bad. Kept making mistakes, and I just like..don't know what to do when and stuff. And apparently I'm not aware enough of what will become the thing I need to focus on in any given situation...I randomly stopped and went into 1 at a green light. I nearly crashed into someone cause I began to go off the wrong exit at a roundabout. etc. But then I'm grateful, cause I know I've just become too confident driving myself, and clearly have bad habits. And also I warned my dad that I wasn't test-ready, but he's an idiot so doesn't listen. When I fail, he presumably will. Edit: Lol at me using this as HWYD.

Oh god, I saw the Michelle Obama and Lady GaGa ones on...the shelf of...that..shop..I go to for my comics. Evoking the "purse lips, dart eyes away from subject, awkward silence". --- I'm going to be sick:

I appreciate the cast. but I kinda wish it was better acted. The Ms. Marvel bit could be funny if it was done well. I love the fact Wasp is english.

A stunning thing. More thoughts on the week: Batgirl was entertaining - it always raises a laugh, and it's nice to have a straight up sturggling superhero comic (i.e lots of self-contained stories) to read. Supergirl seemed a bit powered down, but you deal. ASM was hilar, but I can't really judge it yet properly. Batman and Robin was awesome, I think I might go back and read 13 again, think I've forgotten bits here and there. Frazer Irving might just be my favourite artist currently on a monthly title. It's AMAZING. X-Force: Sex and Violence - End of a nice mini, but just strikes me as a bit unnecessary overall. The art was amazing though. Just a bizarre thing to make. There wasn't that much more sex and violence than elsewhere. -- Reading Generation X for the first time, cause I was in the mood. I love how Chris Bachalo's style clearly changes after like 3 issues (more in line with his style now). It's like keeps abstracting more and more over the years. I quite liked style in the first issue of Gen X, quite detailed, but lovely. Seems well written, balancing genuine characterisation with intriguing plot. I just stopped at issue 8, they replaced Bachalo with the atrocious Roger Cruz, and now Tom Grummet (just boring), it seems. I'll see if he returns and read from there. Roger Cruz's art just looks like it MUST be tongue-in-cheek, but you know it isn't. Ridiculous poses and proportions, REALLY off-putting styling (Banshee's short-shorts?), horrible faces.

*nods* I kept X-Men fairly easy to follow, and I'm not a particularly skilled mafia player, or as experienced as ABF (started at the same time, just didn't do it as much), but some of the write-ups in one of the mafias (think DIY), while fine, give away just a little TOO much IMO. Actually same with SSB too. Revealing characters clearly in the write-up always rubbed me the wrong way.
