Yeah, it was awesome. Gonna go again tomorrow, not for so long though. Maybe just the afternoon session. One arm being weaker than the other is fairly common. You don't need to worry about trying to balance it: as long as you make sure to do the same amount of exercise on each arm (ie dont stop short of your right arm total with your left - either only do as many as your left can handle, or really push the left) then they should atuomatically balance over time. Its only if you let yourself do more with one arm that it remains a problem. I think it's a wider grip to focus more on the pecs. I could be making that up though. If oyu have an iPhone or iPod Touch, theres a free app called "SixPack App" or something. It was in the top 25 free apps not too long ago, basiclaly has a list of different exercises for all the muscle groups with pictures, instructions and details on what it exercises.

Nice going Daft! The best part of gym going comes in the morning, when the muscles are all tight and you stretch it out <3 Fairly sure that I've made my body really unbalanced. These days when I do bench presses it's my triceps I feel it in, with virtually none in the pecs. Fear that I may have overworked the pecs in relation to the tri's, so blitzed my tri's today. Struggling to hold my arms out to the keyboard! Spent an hour in the morning, then an hour and a half in the afternoon at the gym today. Good workout!

I'm rubbish at corners, but for free kicks, push the left stick up as your charging the power. This makes it dip, so you can aim through the wall instead of round. So long as you have a good taker, you should be able to score most of the time.

Does it charge when plugged into a Wii? That would be the easiest way because of that Connect24 bullshit. If so, that will be the most use my Wii ever gets

I just saw a spider emerge from underneath the chair in my bedroom. Too big for me to deal with in the old fashioned "glass and a postcard" method. Requires use of a hoover. Problem being everyone else is asleep and turning on the hoover would make me most unpopular. Unsure of how to proceed now. Sleep in spidery room? Sleep in other room and have to explain in the morning? Wake everyone up? Life is full of such difficult decisions.

So I only just got around to creating a Virtual Pro. Is there anyway I can add him into my squad for my Manager Mode save without restarting?

I hear its quite pleasant down there.

AFAIK it helps the body produce adrenaline or something? So it would enhance performance by increasing energy levels?

Thanks. Now I suddenly feel a whole lot better.

In one of those awful moods today where everything pisses me off for absolutely no reason. I hate my school for making me jump through hoops when I want to leave early, even though I have no more classes for the rest of the day. I hate living at home because I can't just disappear for awhile without having to explain myself. I hate girls for messing me around constantly. I hate myself for letting myself get messed around time and again. I hate being 17 because I can't go out and have a drink. I hate text messages because people just ignore them. And most of all I hate myself for caring too much than to just self destruct entirely. Weights in being heavy shocker.

The ones I got are literally just the cheapest ones from Argos. 15kgs, so 7.5 on each arm which is a fair starting point. Can put it up to 10 for overload one arm at a time. Once your finding it too easy to do high rep sets with those your either into it enough to want to spend more or you don't really need any more. And pulls up just in the gym. I wouldn't be brave enough to try them on anything at home. Or if you have a local park monkey bars / swingsets are always nice. Friend of mine does a jogging / fitness route where he does exercises at certain points, running past the park. If your into cycling you could try that.

High fives all round to the gym posse. Fairly sure that my face puts girls off, so I go mostly out of vanity to try and balance it out. I used to be very slightly chubby - not enough to be called fat, but not skinny either. Now I've got a pretty muscular build, even though I had to take a 6 month break until this week due to closure of my gym. Also: buy some home dumbbells. Can get some for like £20 from Argos. Any time your floating, killing 5 mins before a tv show or waiting for a lift or something, do a few sets. Before I started gymming, I couldn't do a single pull up. Now I can do about 15 in one go, despite being around the same weight. It feels so much better.

There is an option that can be ignored, so you're skipping it?

We are sentient, because if we weren't, we wouldn't realise that we weren't. Seems pretty factual to me.

Stupid glory hunter fans on XBL. What chance do I have to beat Chelsea when I'm using Celtic? Every single 50/50 is gonna go the same way. The whole tussle thing, while cool, is a pain in the ass.
