If by "fit" you mean cardio-vascular fitness, then the "pushing stuff and stuff" stuff probably won't help too much. The bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and cross trainers will be what you're after. If you've got access to a pool, swimming is the best form of exercise for CV fitness, and fitness in general actually, because it works your entire body (as opposed to legs only on a bike, or arms only on a rowing machine).

Thats an interesting one actually. Theres a crunch machine at my gym which is really the only stomach exercise I do, but currently only my top abs are showing. Might be due to me still having excess stomach flab that hasn't shifted further down yet, might be due to the exercise concentrating on them. Not sure. I shall research it a little!

I think I am going to, from what I've seen. This is import only for now anyway right? Makes it a bit more risky, if the difficulty or whatever turns me off theres not much chance of a return! Incidentally, wrong thread and all that but: why is Dragon Age coming out this week on 360, and in 3 weeks on PS3? Added extras, or just more time needed to work out the PS3's obtuse architecture?

I got sacked from my manager mode. Lols. I guess the disadvantage to playing as Celtic in the SPL is that as soon as you lose 2 games you're a total failure. Least now that I restart I know not to choose a stadium where it constantly rains and I can get my Virtual Pro into the team.

Thiiiiiis. VB is the most annoying thing to use ever. Though I did make a cool pong type game in it. I was supposed to be making notes on something to do with Business Management but I felt it was a more productive use of my time

Today has gone well so far. Supposed to play football, but we couldn't get enough people, so we didn't. Then I thought "I know, I'll wash the car". But it then proceeds to rain, and God washes it for me. Then I thought "I know, I'll go to the gym". But it's the school gym I use, and I'm not allowed in during school holidays (wtf?). So then I thought "I know, I'll fix the computer". But then I can't find the Windows install disc. So then I thought "fuck this" and ended up on N-Europe.

Can someone explain the gameplay in this to me? Is it Oblivion-esque combat type stuff, or what? I hadn't really heard of this until a couple of days ago and suddenly keep seeing mention of it all over the place.

Awesome race. For some reason Interlagos always is. Really happy for Button, though it's kind of a shame that Abu Dhabi doesn't hold much significance now.

If you passed your test what are you doing driving around with your mum still? If a driving examiner says you're good enough I dunno what qualification your mum has to stop you

The problem is your only sober enough to decide to stop drinking when your sober. So once you've started drinking it rarely feels like a good idea to stop until after its too late.

Some states in America have a drinking age of 18, it's a state thing rather than a federal thing so can vary.
