Woot? Whenever there are assists I'll turn them off immediately and still do fairly good. Don't think console shooters would be unplayable without them. They are more difficult, though!

They should remove the two aim assist options from the game. I assume that 90% of the players use them. Whenever I use them I own everything. It's too easy to kill. But as soon as I turn them off all the players that have them turned on own me. Not really balanced. Still great fun : peace:

Had a second date planned with the lady from last week. She just cancelled. "Sorry, won't be able to make it." That was it. Well, that didn't last long How do you guys handle a situation like this? I used to always think that it's the girl's responsibility to set a new date if she's really interested. Will probably keep it that way. Edit: She had the courtesy to tell me that she'd rather just be friends. Anyway...as Dave Grohl once said: "Done, I'm done and I'm onto the next one" : peace:

Own thread for the league. All teams allowed (or just 4 star teams). One team, no changes during the league.

I love the multiplayer. It's fast, it's frantic and it's fun. Reminds me of the good old Unreal Tournament times : peace: The campaign has also been very enjoyable (done three missions so far). Traded in Lego Marvel Super Heroes and Battlefield to get CoD. Worth it!

Amazing. I actually wanted to wait 'til Christmas to get this...but no...they had to drop that trailer.

Played the first mission. On Hardened. Got my ass handed to me a couple of times, especially as I had to get used to the movement controls. But it was fucking amazing. And I did one round of Team Deathmatch. SO MUCH FUN. Didn't do very well (11 kills, 12 deaths, 1 assist) and our team lost, but my god...the movement...it's almost like Unreal Tournament. I love it. Can see myself playing this for months. : peace:

Yup, have to agree. Smash is in it's own right great fun. But there are so many things to learn (movesets, items, stages) it takes a while for newcomers to get used to it. It's an awesome game for me (and most of us here) because I (we) know Smash. But if you've never played an installment before...you won't get any fun if you play with people who know the game. Towerfall, as you said, is much easier to learn and pick up. That's why I - and you - think it is currently the greatest local multiplayer game there this. It's a shame, though, that not many people play the game...at least none of my friends are willing to give it a go -.-

I think Smash Tour will be the most amazing drinking game in existence.

Do you mean cross buy? If so, I can tell you that I bought it a couple of months ago and it was available to me for PSVita and PS3 : peace: Binding of Isaac This alone makes it a good month :p

Here's an idea: A GPS-Watch/Wristband that doesn't cost 100-300€. Make it work nicely, have apps ready for the WiiU (also link it to Wii Fit U), Smartphones, PC and sell it at an affordable price. 10/10 would buy.

Don't know anything about this tech, but 1) if you want to improve your sleeping habits there's one easy step: always sleep the same amount of time (8-9hours) 2) if you have trouble sleeping visit a doctor, go to a sleep-lab and get professional help. This first QoL device...don't see any appeal right now. Let's wait and see what future devices will monitor.

Visited a friend of mine yesterday and spent the night (nothing happened). If she didn't live a 4 1/2 hours train ride away we'd probably be in a relationship. She's awesome and we connect on so many levels Anyway... The date with a different lady that was set for next Wednesday had to be moved to next Tuesday. Now I'm even more nervous.

Street Fighter, Injustice, PSASBR, Awesomenauts, LoL, Dota, Shooters, etc. etc. etc. I doubt Smash is that more difficult to pull off online, but anyway. We won't get anywhere with this discussion.

My connection isn't the fastest but I was always able to use Teamspeak and/or (yes and, as in: at the same time) Skype and play every online game perfectly fine without any lag. Unless the game itself was the problem. So it appears to be that if Namco/Nintendo invested in better/more servers Smash should be able to handle in-game voice chat.

If I used teamspeak/skype/any other program and played Smash online, would that be any different?
