I just find it funny that Rokhed sees a topic called 'Sexism' and thinks of a juicy sexist comment to come out with (males being inferior). And hey, it's sexist! Completely on-topic.

I would rather be given the option to download things rather than buy something already littered with crap. WMP doesn't take long to download anyway, and there's better players.

And also correct. I just think that society is a bit of a soft touch with minority groups these days. Gender is as static as age, and both can be visually modified with surgery (gender ops and facelifts). People can feel like a young buck but that doesn't affect their age - in fact it would be illegal to attempt to officially reduce your age. It's a case of double standards.

You have sex chromosomes X and Y, making you male. Your argument for being female is as valid as saying a landmine victim is no longer human. If bits come off, does that change the subject's gender or species? I think not. There has to be a universal, unarguable method for determining gender, and DNA is that.

I see where you're coming from - I always see plain polo shirts as the staple clothing for men over 40. I have no idea why. The kind of shirt is just really uninspired.

Men would like to be women for a day for the purpose of having breasts, in the sense of feeling like a girl. But I doubt that applies to clothes for most men.

Ah... blatant, in-your-face sexism. A lot of this isn't sexism because the characters they make in games aren't real. The characters are generally made to appeal to people and the fact we buy into these characters and warm to them really just highlights that we are ourselves sexist. Maybe not us individually, but on the whole at least. People on average want their characters in Final Fantasy games to look attractive, and they want their FPS games to typically have buff shaved-headed warlords. The games industry just supplies what people want to see.

Definite improvement over the previous series, but one thing that annoys me still is Jordan. She used to have a solid character with good humour, but for a while she's just been this sort of idiot who talks in a babyish fashion whenever she's on the screen. It's as if the silly-voice sarcastic mode she does can't be switched off.

lol - I remember in Prison Break they cited Schofield as having a psychological condition which in high-IQ persons resulted in geniuses, but in low IQ persons mental retardation. I think we know which kind we're dealing with here.

Try download and install the latest CCCP as this is pretty much the standard for watching anime.

Well, as soon as you realise that most things Nintendo get cracked (every Wii Ware and VC title can be installed on an unmodified Wii console) it becomes obvious that even if there are exclusive titles to this, a lot of people will stick with the original DS lite. People are already using flashcards to play any DS and GBA games they want for free. Exclusive DSi titles will likely follow (at least ones not involving a camera, but let's face it how good can they be?).

I've always thought that some of the Studio Ghibli films would be great on Blu-Ray, but I don't think they brought any to the format. I heard that some of them will be coming to Blu-Ray eventually, though.

You can tell how much this competition means to some of the people, just like last year, and tbh that makes the whole thing kind of sad. There was a Christmas edition where the last female winner won and she threw some bitchy remark at the guy that she beat last time (and again on that episode).
