Most people have said already but not you @MoogleViper, did you reach your target last night? What was the episode in which Lister becomes ill and a confident version of him tries to make him go outside and die? That could account for a second Lister.

I reached my target successfully last night, which was otherwise rather uneventful.

giffgaff give you unlimited same network texts and calls by default, even if you only top up a tenner every 3 months. And internet is unlimited for a tenner a month (soon to be £12).

This game is awesome, did Bethesda not have too much to do with this? I only ask because it runs really well, without bugs or serious slowdown. This is probably also the transition for me where I realise with my dualshock wirelessly linked to my PC, which was already hooked up to my HDTV anyway, that there's really no excuse not to PC game. My PS3 fan is almost always on high these days too.

This flash tutorial is also a pretty neat oft-cited introduction to the game and some more advanced roles too (not all of these roles crop up though).

I agree @Jimbob, I know you might have a busy job but I also felt you were the weak link on our previous scumteam having been fairly inactive. Maybe commit to play or give the next a miss? Town will be fucked. They won't know our arguments are a ruse. Hell, they might not even be a ruse. :p

I will say, rewarding posting was brilliant. I would love to see this adapted to town and maybe make individual rewards (encourages individual involvement). I would also punish people giving excuses for inactivity. Not that it can't be genuine, it just puts an extra pressure on people to check in rather than trying to bring in real life reasons.

I would also like to point out that yet again Nintendohnut was on the opposing team to me! In all 6 games he has been! You guys must be doing this on purpose. :p Also he has been Mafia in 4/6 of the last games - 66% of the time being Mafia (statistically you might expect a 20-25% probability of being Mafia over several games if it was random). Clearly this is indicative of his innate scummy personality. trololol.

I will apologise now for not protecting Peeps more often; as my win condition was acquiring $10k, I had to target different people who might have cash (ie. not the people I wanted to target). Knowing Cube had the same win condition...ouch. This was hard, and would have been flukey, for me to win. At the end of several days before I died me and Cube had what, $5 each? lol

Sword Art? I'm guessing so because I was pretty impressed with the anime (well, where it has got up to until now). But then I've always liked the idea of virtual reality so I like the premise of this.

Probably because the anime is quite well done and the take on it is somewhat believable with characters being indiscriminately killed off.

Have you tried connecting to your PC on your PS3 via PS3 Media Server? Worth a shot. Install it on your PC and tell it which files to share.

Cool, I've a few suggestions for your next one based on what I remember on the last: - having one town and one mafia roleblocker etc. may not be the best of ideas since we can use that to work stuff out. Lie detectors also can be overpowered...if you include them, I recommend gimping them. - consider how long the game might go on and how balanced the roles are. I think last game it was worked out that that only a few townies needed to die before Mafia essentially/basically had majority - double check people's roles before you send them and make sure to read all people's target e-mails. :p - consider mixing it up a bit. You don't necessarily need completely vanilla roles like straight roleblockers, redirectors, etc. I like when people put their own spin on things. - do only survivors win, or does the team? Lately I've been contemplating how this can be unfair as sometimes you might want to sacrifice yourself for the team, or because you got involved a fair bit you might have been seen as a threat and therefore murdered. Likewise with inactives or people who did next to nothing - you can decide if they win or not! You are teh power. - don't end the day abruptly/when you want. :p - use healthy dollops of flavour. I like Red Dwarf, I reckon you can make a good plot out of this one.

It doesn't mean they must, it's just likely in my eyes. My reasoning is that enough has gone down to suggest either may be Mafia, yet the finger pointing they're doing at each other isn't like what I'd expect of scummates. So I think probably one is Mafia. I don't think Jayseven is the way. @Yvonne are we allowed to post code for potential later use?

I think mr-paul is more likely to be mafia than jayseven, truth be told. His posting style had me suspecting him very early in the game - lots of posts that either don't really contribute or are mild conclusions that most people could reach fairly easily by themselves. He also seems eager to direct the crowd'd conscience which seems pretty scummy to me. At the moment I think jay is innocent, pending further investigation by others. Of course, if one of them isn't scum I'd expect the other has a decent chance to be. Second post: Peeps, Jonnas might be trying to fan your fire here.
