ooo err Matron.

lol, I remember Link swimming in WW. I was like "the hell you doing, GET YOUR HEAD OUT THE WATER SON!"
-
I'll also restate I have a good deal of suspicion of Jay. Don't want to reveal how I came to this yet but I think it's worth putting out there. Again.
-
Everyone is making assumptions based off previous behaviour all the time...I think if people didn't do it they'd be at a serious disadvantage. At the end of the day there's always an off chance you're wrong, but...people are habitual, etc. @Jonnas can you shed more light on why Yvonne?

Second: I understand the Mafia don't want to be predictable. But like I pointed out in the analogy to lynching their own, such actions are often unlikely for a reason. The Mafia mentality is usually to keep your head down, not say what I've been saying.
-
It isn't true. At all. By definition, an unlikely event is one that does not happen often. So the chances of it being the case statistically are slim. There's also usually a good reason for why it's unlikely.
-
Most untrue. Proof: Starting a lynch train purposely on your own scum teammate to gain trust. Considered unlikely: Yes An actual unlikely event: Most certainly. *swaggers off*

1. I don't understand the reverse logic to this (if there even is any). In fact your post doesn't make much sense to me. Not that I'm worried, as you have no case against me. 2. I'll explain again. What I'm saying is that the Mafia are unlikely to suggest someone is town then lynch them. Sure, you might argue that no one would believe me when I said Dohnut was town, but then someone might. Basically it's not there is any good reason for doing it as there is a chance that someone could have listened to me and protected him. It's just not Mafia like to stir the shit so early on. Factor in that people are receiving messages saying I'm town. Taken together it's either an elaborate ruse (something which has not been detected in the slightest thus far) or I am genuinely town. Either way a vote on me is pretty retarded at this stage. Really? @Mr\-Paul I feel have been more than forthcoming with information so far (some N1 info, N2 target, N3 PM). At your leisure though direct any question you feel at one of the many who have contributed very little. :p

Ha, watched the 'making of' yesterday. Love Karl's insight into why it's so good (because he gets fed during the filming). Looking forward to this now.

It was delayed a week a while ago. A week's not too bad though...
-
Yeah... I don't quite understand why 2 people on 2 separate days would both fall to sleep and get the reading on me (you would assume whoever was responsible for dream-giving would have to target me on both days for this result to occur).
-
I'm just providing the common sense argument then. That given what has transpired, it's very unlikely that I'm Mafia. It's have to be that I'm sending fake messages about myself and that I have a fetish for telling town that someone is good and worthy of protection before I kill them. All in all, while obviously not confirmed (nothing ever is, that goes without saying) it's clear that I'm more likely going to be town than Mafia. My view is that there is somebody out there that targets someone (let's call the guy targeting dude guy 1). I believe that anyone who targets the person Guy 1 used their power on is sent to sleep and informed of the targeted person's alignment. At least for me that would make sense as the person I targeted last night is the person that, when I was sent to sleep, I learned the alignment of. Maybe that's why 2 people learned my alignment the night before, while maybe no one else targeted the person I did last night. Also I might reveal the person I learned about last night at some point so it's not a waste. Just not tonight. Second: did you target me N1?
-
Actually it's quite comparable. The only difference is that you found out who was scum whereas I found out who was good. Naturally revealing scum is a good thing, but at the same time you wanted to give little detail as to how as you didn't want to reveal how you got the result. I got the reading of a good player. I THOUGHT I knew Dohnut was a good player (although this was based on deduction, rather than a concrete alignment readout). Revealing a good player last night got them killed, most probably. So no, I'm not going to reveal who they are. Don't like it? Suck a nut.
-
Nope, I didn't die. Instead they picked off the person I vouched for. Often the Mafia don't pick the 'best bet' because they think they'll be protected. Insead they go after someone else who is still a threat (Dohnut was on account of his lynch being 1 vote harder to attain since I would clearly never vote for him. In fact, know how I play the Mafia could have been damn sure I'd have defended him vocally). The point is, there's a clear correlation between me saying Dohnut is good, and Dohnut dying. It doesn't matter whether you think I knew this because of my power or whether it was because I'm scum. The fact remains that it's clearly not a good idea. Also I seem to remember a few games back you got the whole of town to vote Zell straight away, initially expecting everyone to lynch him without giving any information as to how you got the result. You gave a vague explanation but we still trusted you. Return the favour - a leap of faith.
-
Why is it so hard to follow? I said Dohnut is likely town, then Dohnut DIES. Question: Is it a good idea to say who the next person who might be town and therefore should be trusted is? A) Yes B) No Hint: it's not A
-
2 Things - 1. Why would I tell everyone someone is very likely town if I planned to immediately kill him? If anyone believed me he might be protected and therefore jeopardise the lynch. ESPECIALLY after the kill from the previous night was blocked; there's just no way, if I was Mafia, that I would risk saying that Dohnut was town and then try to kill him. It's counter common sense. 2. I myself received the dream telling me someone was town, so I can say for definite that someone is actually sending out these messages and it certainly is not me. Obviously I know that the previous message regarding me being town was truthful, so I am more inclined to believe that the messages are not malicious. @jayseven I was roleblocked by the dream so it probably doesn't really matter who I targeted. I'm very suspicious of Jay based on his targeting.
-
Nah. Look what happened when I said I trusted Dohnut. If anything comes from Dohnut's death it should be pretty clear I'm town at least.
-
@jayseven you're pretty quiet, who'd you target last night?
-
I also got the dream telling me someone was innocent. This stopped me doing what I wanted to do.
-
This looks freaking sweet. Looking forward to it, so glad I got the Wizard's edition from Amazon when it was cheap.
-
I have on good authority that the title says "Wind Waker Part II: Return of Ganny". Nah, just messing. It actually says "Wind Waker: Sexalicious".

You know I find it odd you praise the story and music then ask 'what else'. Excelling in those is enough to win IMO. Phoenix Wright is evidence that a good story is enough to carry a 'game' - the word 'game' is often misinterpreted. In the sense of FF games the story should be most important. It's what they're most loved for. Most people will tell you how fun the battle system was anyway, and refute everything you're saying. People fucking loved Materia, including me. Some people so much so that they hated the systems that came later. You need to realise that everything you're saying is subjective. Yeah, we get it, you didn't like it. But that doesn't mean your view is 'correct'' or that it being bad is 'factual'. This is a huge problem with you as I remember it from before. You have a big problem with accepting subjectivity and that certain things cannot be 'proven wrong'. It's frankly irritating.
-
How can I prove subjective beliefs that you obviously don't share? All that matters is whether people think it excels in enough areas to be better than other games in the series. Obviously they do, and that's that. Novelty can only give so much, the game has to be very good. I disproved your point here as none of my first games are my favourite evers. And I bet that's the case for a lot of people. Anyway this is way off topic, and there's really nothing else to say.
-
That doesn't make any sense. Just because it's people's first - so what? If it was shit people wouldn't go on about it. Doesn't matter if it was their first. Sonic 2 was the first game I played, yet I don't think that's the best game or side scrolling platformer ever. Your post is ignorant and wrong on so many levels to be honest. CBA arguing it.
