  1. I've now beaten this game, and there's still loads of things that happened that I don't truly understand. It's a great game that I really really enjoyed and would recommend to everyone. But it tries too hard to be weird and the plot isn't really clear which is disappointing.
  2. Great deal. On a side note, that whole Gameboy Advance Connectivity really sucked. I got Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles and that was a really frustrating game. On one hand it had all the hallmarks of greatness, but fell short die to no story and a real lack of variety in the game. It was a rel disappointment as it was such a beautiful game and I really wanted to love it.
  3. Well, it's not as interactive as I'd have liked, but boy does it look cool. It's a great colour for a console and the whole shape and look reminds me of the iPOD
  4. Nah, not the market one, there's one up in East Leeds in Crossgates shopping centre, up past asda and Burgerking on the A64, it's also a blockbuster, it's great and has a much larger Gamecube section than the one near the market.
  5. Are they all Wii screens? They look great!
  6. Wooo! You've just made my day! I really want this game.
  7. I a little disappointed that it won't support a classic control method. I was really looking forward to this too.
  8. Interesting article, it actually pleased me a little to know that games like Zelda could be enjoyed in a more conventional way without having to hop around my sitting room swinging wildly - games like Zelda wouldn't suit this, where as games like Wii sports may well do.
  9. Well I think it's a little embarrassing to be honest. Ok, so we can't expect 360graphics on the Wii, but does that mean we should tolerate N64 quality? I don't think so. The Wii is more powerful than the Gamecube, that's a fact. So why are developers not making use of this extra power? Is this really a case of developers working so damn hard on the gameplay that they haven't time to work on graphics? Or is it a case of laziness?
  10. Nintendo should be putting in a quality control barrier, anything that looks sub-Gamecube should not have screenshots released for it until it has been polished up.
  11. Is that the Crossgates one? They'll probably have loads of stock left after Xmas, unless they sell it all off super cheap to get rid. Either way I'll be picking up more stuff from there.
  12. This is great, I think that's a very consumer friendly price and it's something that should be celebrated. Plus good quality affordable software shifts consoles.
  13. Totally disorganised as ever, Europe as a territory should be taken a lot more seriously. I think there's plenty of money to be made in Europe, shame Nintendo don't seem to care...
  14. Sure am! A good tip for Gamecube fans in Leeds: Crossgates shopping centre Gamestation has a really good Gamecube used selection, absolutely loads. Worth a look! Get yourself up there mate!
  15. I really hope it does make it... fingers crossed as it's number one on my Christmas list
  16. Has anyone seen the new packaging for this? It's on IGN and looks great, you get a free plush toy with it. I don't even like the look of this, but I'm a sucker for nice packaging link to the article: http://uk.wii.ign.com/articles/741/741482p1.html
  17. I like this new controller, mainly cause my Gamecube ones are going manky!
  18. It can produce gems no doubt, but sonic wildfire looks like poop! However Red Steel and Zelda are gonna be so sexy they'll make anyone smile.
  19. hahaha too true!
  20. Maybe, I just have an irrational hatred of Sony, this Lik-Sang affair just strengthens my resolve!
  21. lol, all the funky numbers in the world mean very little, it's all about how the games actually look. I'm sick of people trying to bamboozle others with techno-jargon! I want to see pretty games, not impressive that someone has got from a 'mate in the biz'.
  22. I saw this for 24.99 in my local Gamestation in mint condition, I was gonna pick it up, for one player only though, as although I do have friends, none of them own GBAs. What do you reckon, worth it for single player? I was also gonna pick up PSO for single player, just because it's a bit rare and I want it in my collection.
  23. I hope they improve the graphics. And I think games like this are better suited to the classic controller.
  24. I think Nintendo still has time to play good advertising out of the bag, after all, they've had great DS adverts and sponsered some TV shows too. I think the advertising for DS was 'quirky cool' and people liked it. But yeah Wii wrist strap is gay lol
  25. I hope you can use the classic controller, I can't see why you wouldn't be able to, if you can't it would show pretty poor foresight by Nintendo.
