I've only ever been once but thought they were really nice. Tacos are awkward to eat though as you say. I just kind of clamp down on both sides and try and hold it together. I also had their Crunchwrap Supreme (all came in a deal that let me try different stuff) and that was a lot easier to eat.

Solo was also shown at a jaunty angle. I'm all worried now.

All the Star Wars movies arrived this morning, all with the correct new slip covers apart from Rise of Skywalker where they sent me the old version so it doesn't match

You don't get access to every version but on all 4ks I've bought so far they come with the 4k disc and then the blu ray disc as well so T2 would have the 2017 4k and the 2017 blu ray from that comparison which is something.

Here's a T2 comparison video. I would actually say the 2017 blu ray looks the best out of the three. Again, this is the kind of stuff I never really knew happened. I have no idea which blu ray version I have but after seeing this I wouldn't be happy if it was just the 2015 one given that the 2017 version looks so much sharper.

Yeah thats the problem, it seems to rely completely on who the team is working on these movies and what their vision for them is. The Terminator 2 recent 4k release is apparently terrible.

What’s amazed me as well since I’ve been getting more of these movies is just how different all the releases are. I had always just assumed the jumps in quality were all you got but it’s full on colour grading, removing film grain, adding film grain back in etc etc. This Jurassic Park video is a good example with two blu ray releases only 2 years apart.

Solo came back in stock so I figured why not, may as well complete the collection early before they stop providing the slip covers and it won't match on my shelf! Went with Avengers Endgame as the other in the 2 for £30 as I'm planning to get the whole Infinity Saga at some point in 4k anyway.

When combined with the fact that you know he died it makes more sense.

I would think of it as less of a remake and more like Joker. DC are now planning on doing different versions of their characters for some of these movies, The Batman isn’t linked to the DCEU (even though I put it in this thread). Granted they could change all that with The Flash movie and merge things together but for now they are separate.

The trailer makes it pretty obvious that Steve Trevor has just been brought back by Diana’s wish or whatever, the same way Kristen Wiig’s character is turning into Cheetah.

How do you explain this then? @Goafer got his arm tattoo 3 years after the NE meet yet it appears in the photo from back then.

The thing with the joycons though is you can send the controllers in for free and they send them back fixed. It's not great but there's literally no reason for anyone to put up with them being defective. And the rest of the Switch is a very nice console, one that I was happy to get at launch. Luckily mine seems to have been fine since launch so I e never really had to look into it so it’s good that they do it for free.

Always feels shitty rewarding these companies by buying an upgraded console because they original one they released was defective. Same kind of thing with the 360 and red ring.

Streaming in 4k still isn’t necessarily an option for some people and as I’ve said before, most services like that don’t offer things like audio commentaries and that’s something I really enjoy listening to.

Bought a load more 4k blu rays! The Star Wars saga finally got released separately this morning and I've had Fifth Element preordered for a while. Only Star Wars one I didn't bother with was Solo. I'll get it if it's cheap one day but otherwise I'm not that bothered.

I’m hoping it does do well and can get some sequels where we get more and more of the Batfamily turn up like Batwoman, other Robins, Huntress, Spoiler etc.

I’m not sure about that Robin costume that’s shown in the gameplay video but I thought Mr Freeze looked great, loved the design for him.

It’s DC Fandome this weekend. It’s their own convention replacement for San Diego Comic Con.

I’ve really let my riding fall off to the side the last few weeks, just seemed to be the worst timing each week after taking a week off to let my legs heal a bit, then rain, then a heatwave that I refused to ride in. Finally managed to get back out yesterday for about 10 miles so I need to make sure I keep that up.
