Glad they've stuck to their guns with the 21st of June is the earliest point to get rid of restrictions and extended it. If things suggest that we should wait a bit longer then I think that's exactly what we should do.

Thinking about it though, the mobile versions are already on Steam because everyone kicked up a big stink and as they’re calling these pixel remasters I think they know that.

No I meant the mobile games that were on the stream when I posted, not the FF remasters.

As long as there’s extra stuff then I’ve no issue seeing the mobile games. I always mean to give some of them a try.

Liking the look of this, I’ll get it at launch. I also have the first Dan Abnett Guardians of the Galaxy book and I enjoyed that so it bodes well.

Apparently this Guardians game was supposed to be announced last year but after the Avengers issues it was pushed back

For me it’s got to be a load of new ip's because nothing they currently have interests me anymore. It really is the Western focus over the years that has just drained the “uniqueness” from the consoles.

Might finally play the PS5 version.

Looking forward to Square Enid’s show next. The games don’t always turn out amazing but I feel like they are one of the companies that just so much of their stuff speaks to my current gaming tastes.

So yeah, a few games I liked the look of but nothing to make me get a new xbox yet again and as I don't care about gamepass I'll just get the ones I like elsewhere.

I always hate when they say how many they'll show because its usually bullshit padding somehow. Also talking about optimised for Xbox Series X & S sounds great but what it really means is that they'll be out for Xbox One as well.

Pretty sure I’ve heard it both ways from Ubisoft staff. It’s similar to Mojang being pronounced differently at the MS conference year to year.

Right then that’s Mass Effect 2 completed. Still absolutely amazing and one of my favourite games of all time.

Oh of course not, it got worse 😆 I finished splitting the current parents, went to start on the prospective ones and it turned out they just hadn’t included them. Took 2 more attempts of extracting our data to get them finally today. It’s a terrible company that we’re really not happy we were forced into switching to. I’m still looking to move on anyway. Been trying to update my cv a bit to a more creative/graphic design direction this month and taking a course or two to pad it. The other IT guy is also applying for work elsewhere so the school could be in for an interesting time come September if we both managed to leave.

Upgrading my disc version was nice and simple, I was just glad I still had the game installed on my PS4 otherwise I would have had to download the PS4 version, upload the save, upgrade to the PS5 version then download the save again.
