What does the game awards air on over in the US do we know? Is it actually shown on tv?

I look forward to seeing more on those Sega games. Nothing wrong with milking the nostalgia every now and again. It'd be nice if these do well to see some more revivals.

Looks good. It'll be nice to play a new Hello Games.....game without all the baggage. I really enjoyed No Man's Sky at launch but could never get into it later on each time I wanted to try out a big update.

Not all that surprising. The awards parts always seemed the least important parts of the "Game Awards", falling way behind trailers, advertising and Keighley's ego.

That Rocket Racing trailer pissed me off. Looks a lot of fun but completely hides the fact that its just a mode in Fortnite. I didn't even realise until I searched for it on the PSN store and couldn't find it. Had to go back to the trailer and see the small writing in the corner at the very end!

I could see Jet Set coming back with Bomb Rush Cyberfunk being popular and Sega thinking they could capitalise on that. We may also see PSO 3 exclusive to Vita.

Shenmue 4 is getting announced tonight

I remember playing loads of Phantom Menace when I was younger. Quite a hard game if I remember right.

I'm sure I'll enjoy it when I actually play it but I never particularly get excited from GTA trailers. It was the same with IV and V.

Got mine booked in now for the 18th. Really can't wait to see it!

Just finished watching this week's Doctor Who. If they had just been an episode in the middle of a regular season I would have been fine with it but given that these are 3 special anniversary episodes why waste one of them like that???

I hadn't realised MCM was in this weekend. I was in Birmingham with Goafer yesterday for the Christmas Market so could have gone up to the NEC first. Don't think I've been to an MCM Comic Con since around 2018.

Debating between Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart and Sonic Superstars in the sale. Ratchet & Clank looks great but I've always been very hit and miss on the series, sometimes I love the games and others I just can't get into. As for Sonic I'm kind of just in the mood for a new Sonic game.

My favourite story about the death of the Dreamcast:

Sega returning to the console business would be such a massive thing for me. I don't think they will or should but I find the gaming landscape, at least hardware-wise is boring these days and a return like that would be huge and something to actually celebrate.

I think they're crazy to have him back. Things seem to finally be calming down again there with Vince being pushed out of creative and they bring in someone like Punk who will always only cause trouble. You get all these people going on about its all about the business but the fact is with their shitty Saudi deal they don't need it.

2/3 of Decembers big releases for me have been put online for sale early so that's helpful. Should be a quieter month.
