Not to mention it's getting a spin-off. I do pretty much agree with you. The characters are great but I think the whole thing is starting to suffer from needing to one-up the big-bad. I think it would be nice if it moved away from Christian mythology and went a little more Lovecraftian. Death is my favourite character. Every time he shows up it's awesome.

Would love it but seriously doubt it. Supertnatural – as much as I love it – seriously needs to end. It kind of did its thing for the first five seasons and then has floofed about.

It takes a game/update about as long to install as it does to download for me. I'm right by the exchange, though. And I live in London, which can't hurt. Occasionally I'll get a slow download but it's usually the exception instead of the rule. Playstation Now also worked flawlessly for me, so I'm obviously in a good area. But it's obviously an issue for a fair amount of people. I can't imagine how frustrating it is. I totally agree stability needs to be sorted the fuck out. But then I also think PSN is less of a problem than individual game's online stability – I'm looking at you Destiny, you often laggy piece of crap.

Hit level 27 with my Hunter and the Bones of Eao and the gauntlets Variks was selling this week (my helmet and chest piece are still blue, though). Now to buy some Vanguard armour.

I delete and re-download stuff whenever I need. It's easy. If you have fast internet with no download cap, that's a pretty viable option.

Honestly, it just needs to be good. The Fantastic Four wars borne out of Sci-Fi so it makes complete sense that it would match the tone of current SciFi. If it had succeeded, it would have been...fantastic; at the end of the day, it's just a bad film, independent of whether it's camp or gritty.

So I caved and rolled a Hunter. Completed the story up to and including the first Moon mission but going to hold off on the rest until 2.0 and Nolandroid is in. Levelled him up to 20 through PvP. Not really sure how I didn't get on with Hunter last time I played because I kind of love it this time round. I think I'm maybe more aware of how important movement is and now understand the nuance of a lot of the other mechanics that I didn't even know about before. I'm only levelling Gunslinger at the moment so I've not tried dabbling again at invisibility and all that. Think I was slightly underwhelmed by Golden Gun - and at times I still am during PvE - but damn, it's brutal in PvP. Cook it round a corner and BOOM, three easy kills most the time (You can unlock a fourth shot, can't you?). I'm remembering when I use to do Golden Gun, I always panicked and fired all three shots really fast. Now I'm calmer, got a steady hand and...yeah, liking it much more. Cluster grenades really need to do more damage. I was coming top of the team with less than half my skill-tree unlocked and no access to exotics. It was glorious (although I was more often than not on the losing team... :\ ). And I also realised how fucking annoying Thorn and The Last Word are. When you're using them and you're part of the meta, it's fine because everyone is playing dirty but Jesus, not having access to them is a real kicker. Although that was definitely made much worse by not having my armour perks unlocked yet so my armour stats were in the dumps. Being forced to use crap Hand-cannons and Scout-Rifles really makes me look forward to the weapon balancing. Also, throwing knife. That was another thing that used to annoy me but it's clicked this time round. Definitely going to run with the double knife perk and the one that gives you a chance at an instant recharge on a kill. So, I hit lvl 20 and I have no Legendary armour whatsoever. I've only got the Bones of Eao, so I'm sitting at a pretty lame lvl 22. (Also got the Crest of Alpha Lupi and the Nighthawk exotics.) And, the starter cloak – the one you don't wear over your head – is the best class item. Fuck having my head covered. I was so annoyed when I accidentally dismantled that the first time. You should really have an option to wear your hood up or down. So I love my Warlock, and I've come round to my Hunter. Now it's just my Titan...who's been pretty neglected (the fault of the class upgrade material that is finally not going to be a issue soon).

The Taken King is only about £42 on Amazon. It includes EVERYTHING that has been released so far. So that is last year's game and the two DLCs (The Dark Below and The House of Wolves) that were in the Season Pass AND The Taken King expansion. Seriously worth it if you haven't partaken, I reckon.

Hmmm, it shouldn't really be a problem. What I would recommend is start off with a light weight (or just the bar), touch the bar to your chest and back up. Once you've got the technique down it shouldn't feel too weird.

Just remember everyone sucks when they start. I'd avoid machines if I were you, stick to free weights. Otherwise you'll get into bad habits. What do you mean about the angle on bench?

After yo-yoing a little I did 90kg on the bench today doing 5x5. And it was EEEEEAAASY. I even had to double check the weight. Felt so happy. I was struggling on the final rep on Monday and I'd dropped from 95kg a few weeks prior. Looks like it was almost definitely me not eating enough causing the issues. I could go up to 92.5kg (maybe even all the way to 95kg again) but I think I'm just going to stay at this weight, make sure my technique is really good, all while i sure up my triceps. Then I'm going to push for 100kg. Me after bench today. Talking to the bench.

No only are there a butt-load of games but you'll be able to play with all of us, too.

Flab loss? Squats. Followed by more squats. Followed by a day of deadlifts. Followed by bench. Cardio is great and all but weights will have you burn a crap load of calories, keep your metabolism buzzing for way longer and give you some definition which is just as important as flab loss when it comes to looking good. That's my opinion anyway. Chuck in a 10 minutes run on randomised hills twice a week on the treadmill and you'll be golden. Also, your diet. Watch out for sugar. 3 grams is equal to about one cube of sugar. ONE FUCKING CUBE. so when you see a can of Coke has like 31g of sugar, that's 10 fucking cubes. So avoid fruit juices at all cast. And avoid sugar whenever possible. Unless you want cake, because sometimes everyone needs cake.

Star Fox sure but Mario Galaxy? It's an almost perfect game. Why would it need a bigger budget? I'm not really sure what is going on at Nintendo to be honest. I'd love them to revert to the days of the N64 where every game they released was a wonderful industry-shaming blockbuster but I think that time has passed and other developers – coinciding with the rise of Western development and the shrink of the Japanese side of the industry – have taken up the baton for the most part (and while we might have less revolutionary games, we are getting more games than ever and they all contribute to the industry - like lots of small leaps instead of occasional giant strides). I'm not really sure I understand your example of No Man's Sky. It's not a AAA game and it doesn't have a big budget. Sure it was given the spotlight but would it matter if it had little coverage? Or do you mean you want to see more games like that? Because Elite Dangerous exists, and Eve Valkyrie will eventually come out - with Morpheus support, too.

I think it's more likely that the kinds of games you're looking for and Spencer is talking about don't need to be AAA games or big budget (Rain, Puppeteer, Wonderbook, Hohokum, Doki-doki Universe, The Unfinished Swan, Resogun, LBP3, Singstar, Knack – all first party I think, none of them really fitting into the mould). In fact Spencer's example isn't a big budget AAA game. It just isn't first party. I mean, it's not like these games don't exist and I really don't see how a AAA budget would benefit them. I'm not really aware of Microsoft's offering, I know Project Spark looked a little interesting at least and they haven't created anything like Viva Pinata in quite some time but its not an industry problem. Also, 'third-person action' is about the broadest label anyone could come up with; that could describe both Ratchet & Clank and Witcher 3. Even the examples the article uses – Scalebound, Quantum Break, and Crackdown – are all completely different. Would you say they were similar?
