    I'm not oversimplifying. I'm cutting out the crap Tolkien wasted pages on [Elf Singing AAARGH] Although this doesn't seem to compare with Robert Jordan. But I shall admit one was wrong on one point. I foolishly assumed Sauron was still physical form at the time. He could've picked some more fetching clothes though. I couldn't find it on the Wiki page, but I'm sure I saw it somewhere, a picture of Sauron's mouth [the omnom nom kind] which was apparently in one of the extended editions, was this a flashback? Might've been the Wraith King, I forget.

    Just watched Santa Claus - The Movie, and one thing I always remembered as being kinda dodgy... When Patch's sleigh blows up, Santa says the only way is to do The Super Duper Looper [a pr0 move] to catch them when they fall. To do this he goes under them, and does a loop-de-loop, but taking it to the Super Duper Remix. Then catches them as he comes round again. But why doesn't he just catch them as he passes under them the first time, or asks them to jump.

    I have some family which are like that... My step cousins I believe they are. Their family seems to be fairly well off, so they get all the pr0 shit. But the parents are the down to Earth sort, whereas the kids have this high and mighty complex because they have this and that. The eldest son [Alex] has been to university and spent about a year in Germany, so he's been taken down a peg. Saw him at his 21st a few weeks back, the stick up his arse was noticeably smaller. HOWEVER! The younger son [Eliot], who took pictures and put them on Facebook, thought it would be nice to brag about Alex's Tag Heuer watch. Going out of his way to tag the... Tag in every photo it's seen in, just in case you didn't notice its bulky shape earlier. EDIT: My tongue still hurts after my fit on Sunday.

    I watched the latter half when it was on Five, and purchased it on doovdé shortly after. They skipped the "The Love Is Gone" song in the Christmas Past flashback. First I thought Five cut it out for times' sake, but it was not on the DVD either. I had to check Youtube to make sure my memory wasn't playing tricks on me.

    Lord Of The Rings Trilogy I've been meaning to rewatch these for sometime, and it might've been the pr0 debate which sparked it into gear. It takes the long long descriptions and just gives them pure visual, so you don't get bored halfway through reading what colour someones' sword looks like. Tis an entertaining set of movies, albeit a trifle long. I don't think the doovdés I have are the extended versions, being 2hr 50, 2hr 50, 3hr 12 [ish] for the 3 films. I was quite surprised they seemed to have cut the parts where Frodo and Sam started bumming oneanother, because it was on the cards 100%. Did it happen in the extended versions? I'm not sure what they'd get individually, but altogether... I think Nine Shabba's

    You make it sound as if I do it only because it's famous. I do not! I bash it because I found the book uber shit. On the mention of this, I have a question of the movies. No doubt I wasn't paying attention: Sauron seems quite the badass, but some chap lops off this ring finger and he practically dies. They say his life is bound to the ring, that's why it must be destroyed blah blah. So, how much of a badass/pansy was he before he made the rings?

    Wasn't a bad book. I'm glad there isn't messages in all stories, it cuts the subtle "Teamwork works" etc bullshit.

    Scattergories is fucking awesome. I've not played it for years. One time we had to think ofa kitchen thing with the letter E. We were short on time so we just made up "Easy peasy lemon squeezy garlic crusher" Brilliant. Also my feet are displeasing me, I seem to have friction burns on my feet, managed to take off the skin. Y'argh.
