Nope, it has 3 fixed cables, one leading to the plug, one that goes into the PC the other is the volume control. There's no button/anything on the subwoofer itself. I might turn it upside down so the bass speaker isn't sending sound into the table.

I fully intend to return it to Amazon, I just don't know how I managed to order it. I thought that since they're both Corsair I ordered it in place of the 8GB RAM, but I placed an order for that 2 hours before. The big thing is the one I got for free, I have got two of the Tricool thingies. The pic was for comparison. But after looking at the CPU fan you recommended, they look kinda similar (from a newbie techie point of view), so would this work in the place of the Coolermaster Hyper or do you think it wouldn't be able to handle the power of the other parts? I have seen Artic Pro 13's, so maybe a 7 is too outdated. Waddaya think? They seem to have the same specs, but want to double check as I don't fancy lugging that back to the post office if it turns out to be wrong. Current roster. Just the case and heatsink fan thingy.
