There is a way we can get around this, Zell can give us the long haired guy, and we can resolve the whole ReZourceman vs Cube thing next turn. That said, I'm inclined to believe Cube, and I don't trust Diageo either, his posts are ops confusing, probably just like his character. Maybe all the people involved can clear this up for me, because this is what I read: Dannyboy-the Dane / the good looking man was searching for his target, but he was knocked over by a speedy character (to me is the speedy dark character from night 1, confusing him. He instead tracked Ellmeister / a big eared character, who was taking in what he saw of the shadowy character / the dark speedy character from the previous sentence / Diageo. A spiky character / another character / player, but also spiky? watched over the Dannyboy-the-Dane / good looking man.
-
That's what I already theorized dude . Also, you were redirected to Ellmeister, who was targeting Daiego. So that's why you both know somehting about him.. Ellmeister, what exactly do you have on Diageo? He seems very suspicious to me though. ReZourceman to, but we seem to have more evidence pointing at Diageo, and Zell could tell us who the long haired guy is.

I believe Cube, this doesn't state who his target was, but that's consistent with Rez not appearing in the other write-ups as well, aside from his ability. He's can probably avoid the write-ups. Ok, so that's 3 nights in a row, I'm sure they're not only part of a special group, but also that they have to agree on doing whatever the hell it is they do, and they do it together. They have never been apart so far. I think they're neutrals though, it would be broken to associate every mafia member which eachother in the write-ups . Like I said, it's a mystery what the trio's goal is, but I'm not alarmed by it so far.. To me, they seem harmless to the townies. Of course I could be wrong, but they're not my priority at least. And of course, this makes it clear there is some kind of shapeshifter at work. The red character disturbing the red character? Hmm. The exact situation is still very confusing however, but a shapeshifter looks like a mafia role to me. I'm sure one of those red characters is mafia. Ok, Dannyboy as a tracker should now know who the dark speedy character is, and the big eared character should know something else.. Perhaps together they have enough info to clear or suspect this character? I was wrong earlier, these are 2 seperate characters, the dark speedy character, and the spiky character that is. This is very good! Again, I believe Cube, and his info about the long haired man's ability is disturbing. He is most definitely evil. Zell targeted him, so he knows who this guy is. We can lynch this guy next turn after ReZourceman. Furthermore, if the shop worker, a new character by the way, comes foreward, we can then ignore his plea to lynch someone. The robot is a new character, and now I believe everyone has appeared in the write-up at least once. And it looks like the robot did the big eared character a massive favour. Things I want to know: - I'd like to know what Dannyboy and the big eared man have on the dark speedy character, maybe we have something definite on this guy. - Diageo, the shapeshifter seems to have changer his / her target, it's possible you now appear in the write-up as someone more like you'd expect? I think that's all for now.
-
What kind of logic is that? You meant the other way around perhaps? :P Or did you forget the camouflaged man killed Eenuh and jayseven? Ok, granted, jayseven was neutral (or "unknown" to be specific), but Eenuh was good. You however, are getting some suspicion pints from me :P. I'll post my break-down in a minute.

Confirming my sign-up.

That seems compelling enough. Vote: Mundi

It's like I said, I don't think your second report, the one on Dannyboy in this case, is trustworthy. Look again at the write-up: "The writer was then approached by a long haired man, who started talking about the towns current state, by the time he finished, the writer had changed his opinion of something the next day" I really think that guy influenced your report somehow (although I wonder what his ability actually does), so I'm not going to vote Dannyboy based on this evidence. I'm not going to vote no lynch a third time either, so i may semi-random vote someone who has posted, but not much.
-
Ah yeah, got my facts wrong. With the evidence we have, Cube being the writer does seem the most logical thing then.
-
Oh yeah fuck, I forgot! :P That'll be hard for me, trying to get it right in 1 go without the spelling mistakes and forgotten details, but it's too big of a post to double post :P. Anyway, my posts are supposed to make it easier .

My thoughts, updated this with the various claims people have made so far.. It seems as if the writer now knows something about Danny, which could help right now.. The big eared man watched the writer on the first night, he does so again, Cube claims he targeted him twice; Cube is the big eared character. Maybe you should tell us what you're power is, perhaps Danny can explain why it failed. Geez the writer is popular. This worries me though, maybe the new guy (didn't appear night 1) can change people's reports or something? If the writer comes forward with his reports, his report on Danny may not be trustworthy. Also a new guy, and I assume he targeted the writer. There are now 4 people who targeted him, Cube, the dark speedy character, the Canadian, and the long haired guy. But no further info. If you say you're a tracker, can you give your target? I'm assuming this means your target didn't target anyone else. This is frustrating :P. Apparently Danny was his intended target, but new guy number 3 shows up, and changes his target. If he'd targeted Danny, we now could now probably tell wat effect his ability has. Now he attacks the tattooed man again, who may or may not be invincible to nightkillings, or.. Maybe all it does is roleblock. But this description of the event doesn't make this clear. It doesn't state if the tattooed man succeeds or not, although to me it looks like he failed? Someone figured the dark speedy character may be Shadow, than this is probably the same character. He didn't do anything though, which leads me to believe, as Rez stated he's not simply a roleblocker, that his ability not just roleblocks but also protects, that's why the spiky character merely watches. But the suited men issue still bothers me, but I'll come back to it later. I've now seperated them into suited man 1 and suited man 2 in my notes Again, they they are stated to be on a mission together. I still believe this is (or was rather) a group of 3 people (now 2 obviously), probably all neutral, working towards some unknown goal. What I want to know is who they targeted. I really want to know. Also note the man dressed in white doesn't appear, but perhaps this is due to inactivity? Or some roleblock ability perhaps. Hmmz. - 3 new people, if I'm correct that's 17 people now accounted for in either of the write-ups, with 3 people missing. I'm one of those 3 by the way. 3 new guys: Canadian, long haired guy, squirrel - The writer has been targeted 5 times now. - So far I can see, not appearing in night 2, but did appear in night 1: red haired woman, woman wearing green, and man dressed in white. - Suited men are very confusing. I think its not so much a chameleon character, but more a character who changes other character's appearance to the appearance of another character. I suspect the woman wearing green has something to do with this confusion, she was "watching" the suited man 1 on night 1, which should be Diageo in this case. Stuff I wanna know: - Cube's ability - Dannyboy's target - ESPECIALLY I want to know the target of the red character (and jayseven's..)
-
Yeah, but he is one of 2. The other suited man "carried on with its mission", before he got killed. Edit: I really don't get it. Night 1: "The suited man was on his way to his target with his friends when he was drawn in by a small circle thing, while a woman wearing green watched. " Rez targets Diageo. Suited man (part of the 3 friends group) gets roleblocked. Night 2: "The small ringed shaped thing kept the suited man from doing anything" Rez targets Diageo again Suited man (another?!) gets roleblocked. "The red character and the suited character carried on with their mission." Suited man (part of the 3 friends group) carries on, and later gets killed. Something's not right here. First Diageo is the suited man, part of a group, later he is another suited man, but the suited man part of the group is killed. Now jayseven is the suited man part of the group. Perhaps someone has the ability to change someone's appearance or something, or influence the write-up in some way (?).

Yay! Exciting stuff. I'll analyze all of it later today, but some quick notes: - I find the whole suited man thing confusing. Rez, did you target Diageo again? - One of the 3 friends is missing. So who was active on day 1, but hasn't been online the last few days? :P - 3 new people showed up, some Canadian guy and a long haired guy, and a squirrel? So who was active the last few days, but missed day 1? :P

I wasn't sure if I should watch it, but I did. Plenty of people found the DLC overpriced so far, personally I found Kasumi enjoyable (haven't played Overlord yet due to an bug, which I'll hope they'll fix along with the new DLC), but I too found the price too be a bit on the high side, if you consider there isn't that much of extra story to be enjoyed, and very little dialogue (during the mission as well as after that, the character never felt fully integrated with the main game). Fans were extra concerned because this DLC was even pricier (800 as opposed to 560). But the trailer looks great. It looks like we'll be getting plenty of story, dialogue, and drama, a long with plenty of action (which includes new gameplay it seems (?)), so I'll bet its justified. I'll be adding my Bioware points now.. Edit: Also, they call this the firts of the "bridging DLC", what story-wise will connect ME2 to ME3, so that's probably also why they went the extra mile.

He cracks me up . Can't blame a man for trying. Speaking of which: Yeah. I have a spare Mario Kart code. You can buy it by sending me a free VC or Wiiware game.
-
That was the exact same and only thing that stumped me for a moment, but I figured it out myself eventually.

As far as I'm concerned, you don't have to yet, I'm not suspecting you, the man dressed in white, or the good looking man yet. In fact, I'm not really suspecting anyone yet, I mean, I find Diageo's story sketchy, but not alarmingly so (yet). From the write-up, it's obvious the camouflaged man is dangerous, and probably the martial arts expert. I just want more clues. 9 more votes for no-lynch to end the day? :P
-
You're confirmation seems to suggest either: - you targeted the white dressed man or good looking man, or; - you know either or both of them, or; - you know one of them and by chance targeted the other, or; - I forgot the most obvious option, you are one of them. To sum up all the significant claims which have been made so far: - Diageo does not appear in the write-up - Diageo's power failed - The ring is Rez' ability - Rez targeted Diageo
-
Nah you're confused, I made a joke about Rez being Ring Man from Megaman, he says he's not the [Ring man]. He does say the Ring is his ability, but his character doesn't appear along with it, so a long-range ability. I just posted, np.

Hmm, I'm willing to give Dyson a chance, it's just another day, I won't lose my interest . This will also give the other people who preferred to wait 'till Monday(night) a chance to catch up. So I'll retract my vote and change it for now to: no lynch This doesn't mean the rest can speed things up by agreeing on the same vote, there still plenty of active players around. If my records are correct, I believe there are 5 people who have yet to post since night 1. 6 if you include Gizmo who hasn't actually commented on the events yet. This would be dan-likes-trees, jayseven, Jonnas, Nintendohnut, and Zell. It could be one or more are silenced. More likely most of them are simply busy.. They can't all be mafia . Some other thoughts: I actually overlooked this. This would imply either: he targeted either of them; or he knows one or both some other way (or even he knows one and targeted the other by chance). My hunch is he's one of the 3 friends. Also, I find Diageo story a bit sketchy. He says his power failed, that's possible. But if he's roleblocked, there almost certainly should be something about it in the write-up, hinting at that event. If he targeted someone untargetable, it's possible he didn't show up in the write-up. In which case, if he let us know who he targeted, someone can confirm his claim by targeting the same person next turn.
-
Quick note though, before we actually lynch an inactive, there's someone in the sign-up thread willing to take over an inactive character. That might be a better option.
-
Hmm, well, in that case, I'm going to vote for the inactive player, unless we get some better info.. In which case I may change my vote. Vote: Dyson Back to my data .
-
Please. Lets not jump to conclusions . So my doubts about that part describing 1 or 2 actions weren't baseless. The "cockring" and the green woman watching were indeed 2 actions. Are you perhaps Ring Man? :P You're ability sounds like something from an old cartoon, but I can't put my finger on it. Hmm, you're character not actually appearing in the write-up (or so you say :P), makes this harder. If there's another roleblocker he/she may not have appeared in the write-up too because of your long-range ability. Hmm, I'm not demanding anything :P, but I'd appreciate any info from or on the writer (he's targeted twice), or otherwise the Big eared man. Also, I'm still not sure about the white man and the good looking man being 2 different characters. Also, I'm not one to vote for someone based on hunches, that said, I am hungry for other clues :P, I may be willing to vote for an inactive player, but are you people sure Dyson doesn't have a fair excuse? For now, I'll hold my vote untill we've heard from other players.
-
Ah, that that clears stuff up then . Edit [00]: And a general question (again, you'll probably get more of those as I'm the n00b here :P); trackers, they send in a player's name of who they want to know their targets of. Do they get another player's(=target's) name in return, or that player's (=target's) characters name? Edit [01]: My interpretation, breaking it down: Speedy dark character seems to be able to change targets. Dark reference may simply be an attribute of its appearance, or hint at mafia member? And even though he was not his intended target, the writer knows something about the tattooed man. The first attack of this night. Since the attack was "brutal" this may be an unsuccesful mafia hit. Then again, this can also be a vigilante. The fact that the tattooed man survives is noteworthy. It seems someone chose a Ferengi as a character :P. The Ferengi looks like a tracker to me. This is why I want to know what kind of reports you get as a tracker. The Ferengi knows something. The middle paragraph of the write-up confuses me a lot."The suited man AND his friends". This seems to be a group apart from the mafia. Not only that we still have the group of 2 people from the prologue.. Unfortunately this group of 3 people was very unsuccesful this night, so we don't know what they were up to. Although what I also find strange, all THREE of them seem to be heading out to do ONE action?? Or they chose to all target the same person? In which case they probably can't kill, so they're either good or neutral. The suited man in particular here gets roleblocked, I'm a bit confused about this part if this depicts 2 actions or one, if this is the woman wearing green drawing him in WHILE watching (suggesting she was not just roleblocking him, but perhaps there was more going on?), or, if the woman wearing green is just watching him, while someone else unmentioned draws him in with the small circle. I'm inclined to believe this is one and the same ability. Eenuh gets to bake a pie before she gets killed. Again confused, I'm not sure if in the write-up "the man dressed in white" and "the goodlooking man" are supposed to be the same, but I'm inclined to believe they are. In which case, this here is the last friend of the suited man, also getting roleblocked. We've seen 3 roleblockers this night, since Eenuh died, it's more than likely one of the others is evil, and one neutral. Eenuh is pushing daisies. Since this is the second attack, it's more than likely one is a mafia member, but the other a vigilante, but which one is which? I find that gang of 3 intriguing, eventhough they didn't get to do anything this night. But I wonder how it fits with the joined 2 powerful forces of the prologue. I don't think we're dealing with 2 seperate groups of neutrals here, and I don't think the gang of 3 is mafia, and the 2 forces are stated in the prologue not to be mafia. Hmm. Unfortunately, I don't have anything myself..
-
Hmm, is the omittance of the alignment of Eenuh a deliberate choice? I've only just begun analyzing the write-up (..), but I've got the feeling we're not dealing with just 2 neutrals here, but a whole bunch of 'm. 3 teams fighting eachother?

Waiting for the DIY Mafia write-up :P.
