Played this for the first time today 'round a mates. Once I got my finger around the controls, it became really fun. Getting hits in was very satisfying because of the precision needed. Shotgun is my fav at the mo, popping out behind a corner and unloading some shells in their chest from point blank range is awesome. Turning is a tad slow though... Probably won't end up getting this though, I think I'll wait until an online fps with more perfected controls.

Omg the chewbacca defence, how could I forget that? The ninja episode is also friggin' hilarious, if only for the bit where Butters get a ninja star in his eye.

Until very recently, the only DVD player in the house was my PS2. Didn't need one really, we recorded stuff with good old VHSs. Although now I just watch dvds on my laptop, much more handy.

The wii's backwards compatibility is impressive, it runs perfectly a smash bros disc that only reads half the time on my gcn. It also looks slightly better and has less lag. Well done nintendo.

Batting in baseball is so much fun, yet bowling is completely boring. Also I totally got an Eagle in golf today .

For me, 2006 has been a slow year for games. Only bought 2 console games this year (apart from wii sports), but bought a fair few DS games. 1) Zelda - only played the 1st 2 dungeons but I can already see it as my game of the year. 2) Shadow Of The Colossus - Great game, brilliantly executed and good music too! 3) Phoenix Wright - love it to bits, even if it's not really a game.

Having 2 brothers makes progress slow. Just about to go to the north province (having fun with newly acquired bomb arrows) but have already collected 13 pieces of heart! A lot of them (not all) have been rather straight forward to get, do they get harder as the game goes on? Also I'm having to leave a lot of chests with money because I constantly have a full wallet. Anyone know when I can get it upgraded?

In the wiiconnect24 settings, you can turn the blue light on when it's in standby. You can make it dim or super bright.

Hit my first "out of the park" today. So awesome. I was so wrong about this game. It kicks major ass. I also love bowling. Improving gradually, my record at the mo is 190, I nearly got 3 strikes in a row (turkey?) much better than I am at real bowling. What's everyone's top score?

Tennis. And horsefighting in Zelda blew me away.

Just done the 1st dungeon and I'm very impressed with game so far. Wii-mote controls are better than expected and not interfering at all. Unfortunately not going to be able to play it till tomorrow night due to brothers wanting to play the wii as well (that and school).

My wii has zero problems or issues *gloat*. Some TVs go all grey when they're in 60hz and connected with composite. Nothing is wrong with your wii, just your TV.

It's not that amazon screwed me, they dispatched the items fine and I've got Zelda, it just annoys me how my Wii is just sitting somewhere in a depot when Parcel Force had all day to deliever it.
