I've only ever been to the cinema one my own once, I had 5 hours to kill whilst I met a friend. It felt weird thinking about doing it, but it was enjoyable. Once in there I didn't feel alone. I think people don't like the idea of it because others don't like the idea of it.

If they'd have kept IE up to the standard of the other browsers im sure there wouldn't have been any problem.
-
They wouldn't be getting sued if they made a good browser, the fact is IE is turd and they are blaming it is holding up development

If SEGA did release another console, they certainly wouldn't name it dreamcast 2. Unless SEGA competed directly against Nintendo, it would mean loosing money on hardware which im sure their not in a position to do. And they need to improve their software before even considering releasing some hardware. I wouldn't be surprised if SEGA are constantly analysing the market to see if releasing a console would be viable. But, it's very rare it will happen in the next 5/10 years

The Derren Brown program missed an amazing trick out. When I saw that show live, he did a trick where he limited the oxygen to his brain by putting a bag over his head, this put his self in to a certain state of mind. Once in this state he walked over broken glass, then placed his face on top of the glass and had a man stand on his head and back. Ouchies.

I believe its called Holophonic sound. And god knows why they dont include this in films etc. I think Pink Floyd have used the effect on one of their albums there is a better example with matchsticks here

I've been waiting for this feature to jump over to Windows very cool, but well over 4 years too late. Just another little dig!

If your using the software to make a living then it really isn't expensive. If your not then it is expensive. Just download a naughty copy of CS4 and have the luxury of working at home.

How much is the Education version cost? If that works out to expensive then just do what 99% of students do and download a naughty version. Whilst I was at uni I knew around 2/3 people who bought the software out of the 250 people that were in my year. Even the Tutors had a copy if you asked them nicely.

It certainly sounds promising! I agree, connecting to wireless networks did seem clunky also ejecting a USB disk was. Have they improved that? 64Bit has a number of benefits the main one for myself is allowing the OS to recognise that you have 4Gb+ of ram.

I'm loving the look of the Palm Pre, yes its took inspiration from the iPhone, but Palm appear to have developed these fundamental basics and surpassed what the iPhone is currently capable of. Integration with facebook, google calenders / mail looks sweet. The OS looks responsive and certainly flows like the iPhone, I'm impressed with the pre's gestures, they will come in handy for an efficient workflow. The appearance doesn't look as sophisticated as the iPhone, either way I can't wait to have a go one. Looks very promising. Palm @ CES

Really though? Edit : After more consideration I will give you a proper answer. Vista has developed to become a reliable OS. It's a shame it doesn't run like Server 2008. I think alot of people could benefit from the 15% speed gain.

It does, end game is particularly fun. But that is a way off and you will be doing the same thing at lvl 57 that you were doing at lvl 5... some of the quests do improve in TBC and WotLK but largely remain, go here and kill x amount of pigs. The only thing to make the leveling fun, is by doing it with a friend or by doing instances so you get some human interaction. PVP is fun well worth a bash

Any one still playing? I've hit lvl 78 with my priest, but I've stopped playing him for now. He's been leveling in the Storm Peaks (the most god awful area) so I'm kinda bored of him atm and the fact my computer can't run Dalaran so I dont see the point in hitting 80 until I can afford a new computer. So I've been leveling my Paladin up hes now 59. Retribution spec'd but I may revert him back to protection for some AOE grinding.

At uni me and my house mate would spend around £30 a week between us. Shopping at Tesco's, Asda and Morrisons. Since I've moved in with my girlfriend and been made redundant. We've cut back alot and now do the majority of the shopping at Netto. It's so cheap, I can almost get double than I would at Tesco's. Last time we went we spent £30 inc toilet roll, tooth paste etc and that will last us over 3 weeks. Netto's fresh fruit and veg isn't brill, i'll still pop to Tescos for that. Even though the cheap stuff most likely is made in the same factory?

How can something subjective be incorrect? I'd have more enjoyment watching Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter & Spring than watching some generic, mediocre film such as Iron Man. There seems have be an influx or awful films coming out of Hollywood recently. Over the top use of special effects doesn't make a great film. ie Hancock
