I may join the Horde team, going to give the campaign a good kick through over the weekend. At least to Act III, so i can enjoy Horde. Unlocked the Hammerburst Gold skin earlier, working towards a few unlocks as such.

It's gonna be Jaws, i can see it now. Blofled, na. Unless they base Bond before Dr No as they have done with Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, wouldn't work based afterwards. You know, being dead and all that. For Your Eyes Only, opening scene.

It's only a matter of time before these Timelines become the norm. They "offered" voluntary upgrades to the new facebook, then rolled it out within weeks/months. I'm not complaining, i'm just saying really.

Work are offering flexi-shifts as of October. Means no more late shifts or weekend working, which is most excellent. Means that next week is my last late shifts and Saturday working, potentially.

As and when i get to Horde, i think i may choose Thrashball or Sandbar as maps. Both are spacious i think and would work perfectly for the occasion. This game is gonna last a long time i believe.

I've been avoiding these modes, as per Rod's instructions. Don't want the game spoiled for me, so need to play up until Act III before attempting Horde. Can't wait really. Planning some Deathmatch tonight at some point, along with some campaign.

Yeah, it affected people who began Gears 3 early and did affect those who didn't take the 2mb update at the beginning, something that i did before playing. People had issues with not getting beta stuff and unlocks from previous titles, because of early play.

I'm calling today to inform you that there is a huge virus/infection going around and you are currently infected" "Really, i did not know that" "Yes indeed. What i need you to do is to go on the computer for me and follow my instructions" "Can i stop you there, my computer does not have a virus thank-you very much, so i don't know where you are getting your information from" "How do you know sir, our systems are alerting us that you are currently infected" "I know i am, i do have a cold and thanks for pointing that out to me" "Don't be sarastic sir, i'm being serious and we need to fix this before things get out of hand. Please go to your computer and follow my instructions now" "I am a computer technician, and i can confirm there are no viruses on the system. If thats the case, who has a Gold Hammerburst in Gears 2??. Thats next weeks unlock apparantly. The Lancer unlocked for playing Gears 3 in the first week, which is nice. Looks 100x better than the Gold skin in Gear 2. Was having a look around in the marketplace. 3600ms for unlocking all skins. Sheesh, hefty price tag and one i will be missing out. I know you can unlock skins in Gears 3, got a Crimson skin unlocked today among the Gold for the Lancer and the Infected pack.

Should i post some snaps of the Epic Edition, na. I'll wait until Mike gets his copy. Statue is sweet as mind you, detailed and everything. I'm not sure what weighs more, the statue or the service medal.

Prepped for Gears 3 now. Downloaded the Season Pass and the free Commando Dom skin. Now then, all i need is the darn game now. Parcel Force seem to be a force to take the mickey. Lee Evans got it right. Edit: As i wrote that, it arrived in the mail. Label even says "Do not sell before 20/09/2011"

Gah, didn't win my friendly earlier. It's all preparation time though, good for the team.

Mine is in Newport, right by the train station. Well, last known location anyway. I am tempted to take a little trip.
