  1. Yeah, it had better not interfere with regular Gulliver and my (already painfully slow) quest to obtain a Lucky cat! Anyway, great to see swimming/diving back.
  2. You mean when those different coloured arrows appear? I thought it was just whoever reacts quicker that wins, rather than it being random. But yeah, I kinda skimmed the tutorial. Anyway, I think the game is pretty fun. Main complaint would probably be character movement, it just feels a bit sluggish in general and is made even worse by some of the other weapon types!

  7. I did, yeah. Think there were only a couple of pure flying types, then a few that were dual type. Either way, my flying type box is practically empty compared to all the others! Grass and water type on the other hand, well... I actually had to make extra boxes for those.
  8. Oh man, that’s cold. Anyway, cool character choice with Min Min. Real shame she wasn’t the last fighter on FP#1. Also, what’s up with Captain Falcon getting so much screen time during the reveal? That’s gotta mean something... right? *EDIT* Hang on a sec, have they really not included this: in the music selection for Min Min/ARMS? Big mistake.
  9. I have Redd on my island today, there’s a Flowery painting (always genuine but I already have it) up for grabs and a couple of fakes. If anyone’s interested in those then let me know.
  10. Been getting back into this recently, I’ve not got the DLC though, so it’s cool how you can still get hold of the new Pokémon via trades or by joining other players Max raids. I already managed to get hold of Foongus, which I was quite happy about. Saw something really strange the other day when checking out the Y-Comm, someone had done a raid where they had successfully caught an “egg”, and the silhouette was of the Poké ball symbol. Anyway, I also finally sorted out my Pokémon storage boxes, which took absolutely ages! Yeah, was a right mess, with my own Pokémon, traded ones and lots of duplicates all over the shop. Got there in the end though, have everything arranged by type now, which is cool. This also brought my attention to how little flying types there are! That, or I just don’t have many currently stored in boxes.
  11. I probably will. Had a very quick go on the last beta test but it wasn’t enough to really get to grips with it. It seemed pretty good though.

  13. @Dcubed, played your Super Koopa Bros. level again. I managed to get to the end this time (check the position of my in-game comment) unfortunately the same cannot be said for the Koopa Troopa shell. So yeah, wasn’t able to officially clear it I’m afraid. It’s a super clever idea but also really tricky, for me anyway. Yeah, I very much struggle with multitasking, and keeping an eye on the “bottom screen” while also trying to move Mario in to the correct position for hitting the switches becomes incredibly difficult. If every single block above Mario was an ON/OFF switch I imagine it’d be a lot easier, but then you obviously wouldn’t have been able to implement the Voodoo Doll mechanic. Also, the way Koopa Troppa “jumps” is quite frankly, horrible, reminds me of Ice Climber. Anyway, very cool level. I hope you get more people playing it. Speaking of more people playing... Are we going to get anymore N-E peeps playing and voting on the June challenge levels? I understand there not being so many entries, but it’ll be disappointing if it ends up being only the creators that vote too.
  14. Oh yeah! I forgot about that one. I did play it briefly a while back, but then got addicted to Animal Crossing again. Will revisit it soon.
  15. @Dcubed, just been messing around with the limit thingy, I have 100 enemies placed on tracks and some extra enemies inside blocks which no longer spawn when the level is playing, as expected, but how do I now add a POW block to a pipe when the option is greyed out in the editor? *EDIT* Never mind, I figured it out. This stuff is so cool.

  17. Ok, played both levels... @Dcubed, I’m almost lost for words with this one, just incredible! Seriously, I had such a huge grin on my face playing through your level. @Sméagol, first of all you'll be pleased to know that I cleared your level! It took me a LONG time, but I did it. 2 great levels, but this time my vote is going to Dcubed!

  20. I think it’d be good if Leif was permanently available inside the shop, and Kicks inside the Tailors. Then there’s that lab section of the museum, why not have Flick appear there whenever he’s not roaming the island? Could do the same for C.J. in a part of the aquarium.
