Hehe. Yeah, probably best to have a break first. BTW, have you ever considered streaming your gameplay on twitch or something? I reckon you could do pretty well if you did. I'd certainly tune in to watch you playing through notoriously difficult games like this with such ease. :awesome: Anyway, my not so streamable gameplay of Bloodborne continues, and I've now made it to the...

Hmm... perhaps I won't delete my 2nd save data after all, as I've won 2 cups with this new horse!: "Gotta get 'em all!" Plus I probably shouldn't play this much more before the full game arrives. Annoying how that's still 2 weeks away.
-
This. Anyway, my thoughts on the matter haven't changed:
-
To play more! I'll probably delete the next save data too.
-
Forget that, I just reached the end of the demo. At which point you can either keep your data for transfer to the full version, or delete it and start the demo all over again. *deletes data*

Congrats. You planning to play the older souls games now, or jump straight to DSIII? I discovered and defeated another boss last night:
-
Played a bit more. Is it just me, or does this demo not have an end? Feels like it could actually be the full game, just with a 15 uses limit! Perhaps I'll leave my 3DS in Sleep Mode for a few weeks...

That was a great session! Was fun using motion controls again after such a long time. Sorry to hear about that, Nicktendo. Good luck getting it sorted.
-
Some of it has had me in stitches. The game is actually pretty damn fun too, and there seems to be quite a lot of depth to it, with more being uncovered after every race. :awesome: Loving it.
-
OK, @Glen\-i, now you see why I was a bit reluctant about the motion control theme, even making it optional wasn't enough.
-
Had a quick go on the demo. Man, the dialogue in this game is absolutely superb. Hilarious stuff! I'm pretty damn tempted to pick up the full game now.
-
Nice. How about a Judd outfit too, Nintendo?

Awesome. Cheers. Yeah, wasn't anywhere near as difficult as the BSB! Defeated this one on the 4th or 5th attempt, which makes a nice change. Looking forward to exploring the next area. Had a quick run about in it last night, and it reminded me of Resi 4 a bit. I also really love how everywhere has got darker since beating Vicar Amelia. The moonlit Central Yharnam is particularly rad. Anyway, something pretty weird/funny also happened in the game yesterday, I was wandering around, randomly rolling into stuff (as you do ) when I suddenly got stuck!: As you can see above, nothing could get me out of there. Running, rolling, jumping, attacking... In the end I decided to leave a note: "fear tight spot" And then used the Hunter's Mark to get free. Funny thing is, I don't think that note is actually effective as a warning to other players, I get the feeling some people might be rolling into that area to read it, and then also getting trapped! It already had a few "Foul" ratings when I checked it later on. Whoops.
-
Indeed. Well I'm certainly starting to enjoy it more again, now that the BSB is out of the way and I can finally move on to exploring some new areas. Nice! :awesome: guessing you've pretty much finished the main game then?
-
As long as The Tomorrow Children and Dreams are still both headed to the original PS4 as planned, then I'm not really fussed by the upgraded hardware.
-
Awesome! Sign me up for all 3! Between 20:00 and 23:00 is my preferred time slot. : peace: I may have to make a new custom stage for this.
-
Man, I'm proper struggling with this game already!
-
Hehehe! What can I say, I crave chaos. Way more than actually winning. Had I not dropped that bomb I almost certainly would've won that race, and I knew that at the time, but the urge to create mayhem while playing Mario Kart pretty much always gets the better of me.
-
You don't have to use motion controls, it's just a suggestion for this particular theme. As long as you're using the correct character/vehicle parts, you can still take part using traditional controls.
-
Cheers. Yeah I completely forgot about that elevator, made use of it on the last few attempts though, and finally defeated Gazza! *EDIT* Oh, and to add to the storage box mystery, when I checked it after that boss fight, some of the blood vials I'd stored had once again disappeared, but this time I also suddenly had 40+ bullets in there when there should've only been around 20. WTF?

Difficult. Bloody difficult. Yeah, it seems playing through Dark Souls II wasn't enough to prepare me for Bloodborne, and I've been dying... a lot. Really wasn't expecting such aggressive enemies so early on! From what I remember of DSII, most of the early enemies were pretty slow and dumb, but here they all seem to be highly energetic psychopaths! Also, I had no idea they could steal your souls! I went back looking for the bloodstain where I died, was running around like a nutter thinking "I know it was here, where the hell is it!?" and got killed all over again in the process. But anyway, slowly but surely it's starting to click. I managed to defeat the first boss earlier, and am currently trying to defeat Paul Gascoigne so far with very little success. Do you know if there's supposed to be a checkpoint near him? BTW, anyone know if there's something up with the storage box in this game? I put some blood vials and silver bullets in there, and when I went back later, they had vanished! It's actually happened quite a few times now, I've even got a video saved where I clearly put stuff in the box, and then later on those items aren't there. Glitch, or is it just another way of the game messing with you? Other than that, I've really been enjoying the game. The presentation is amazing, and the sound design is superb. Actually, the directional sound has already saved me a few times, like here, where one of those mutts was sneaking around: I heard the snarling/footsteps coming from behind me, rotated the camera and took him by surprise instead! :awesome: Just about. It can also have the opposite effect though, as there are a lot of random ambient noises to be heard from all directions, which really does mess with your mind. Love it!

Nope, you must use the bike. It's a type that pretty much handles like a kart anyway.
