I haven't got the update prompt yet and the above methods haven't worked so I'll just wait for it to come to my computer. I like what I'm hearing and seeing from this, though, so I won't hesitate to update from 8.1, which I really dislike - searching for a program takes forever because of all those live tiles and such so I'm looking forward to getting semi-rid of them.

So no comments on the Dr. Mario-stage? Is it a leak or a fake?
-
Dips. Lots of dips. Otherwise shoulder press, push-ups, plank press-ups (lie in a plank position and stretch your arms withour moving your hands so that you push up your body).

Are the stages for free or paid DLC?

July has been too relaxing for me, I can feel it in my body. Two weeks in the US / Canada didn't help and afterwards, having quit my crossfit membership and gone back to "regular" gyms, I have had trouble going more than three times last week. For cardio I like to attend classes, but the classes in the regular gym are quite samey and they mostly go on non-stop for 55 minutes which is a bit over the top for me. I'm used to going all out for 12-20 minutes and then no more. I find this shift in mentality really hard and tend to kill myself halfway through because I went for the heavier weights. I also haven't been squatting lately because it makes my groin hurt. I have noticed that I might suffer a bit from diastasis rectus: "separated abs" - this is the thing that happens to women when they get pregnant. It can happen to men as well if they do heavy lifting. I believe this is caused by my rather mobile back (almost hypermobile I think people would descripe it). This abdominal separation can lead to an unstable pelvis which according to my physician was the reason for my groin injury. It all adds up! So I'll be doing some training to fix this over the next period. Hopefully that will make me able to squat again.

That you have to check in within a week to get the prize. I could perhaps understand it if the prize went to the next in line afterwards but that isn't the case.

Alright. That doesn't make sense but thanks for the answer!

I participated in the Manectric-challenge when it was online. I got a nice enough score without items, like 10,000-something but I went on vacation for two weeks so I don't know how I fared in the contest - I hoped I would have a score high enough for the mega stone but that was me being optimistic. I presumed, though, that I would get a jewel for the trouble but I haven't got that either and when I checked in yesterday, the game didn't mention the challenge at all. When I look at notinced, the last one was June 22nd.

Small question: Can an amiibo bought in the US be used on European hardware?
-
Damn, I won this game in a competition yesterday and hoped they would mail it instantly. But either they didn't or they did, and the post was just too slow for it to arrive today. Either way, I don't have it for the weekend which is too bad as it would really be a good game for this weekend! I will probably get it Monday but I'm going to the US / Canada on Tuesday for two weeks so won't be playing it until mid-July. It looks so nice to play! Ah well, good thing that I have Hyrule Warriors to keep me busy.

I think I remember reading that aspartame caused cancer in rats when they gave them what amounted to the level of aspartame in 10 litres of Coke Zero a day for a year or such. So just drink responsibly and there is no problem!

I reviewed that game back in March and my main complaint was exactly that there was simply too much unneeded semi-nudity in it. It was just a bit too much for my taste.
-
I think it looks too barren for an on-rail shooter. I certainly didn't have fun when watching the Treehouse demos.
-
Played the first couple of levels on Adventure Mode Wednesday evening. Seems like a good no-brain-game, which is great. But, and this is a weird complaint, it seems to simply have too much content! I'll never get around to play even half of what's in there.
-
But... SF64 3D actually looks better? Or at least equally as good.
-
I've had serious trouble finding it for even this price over here so as I like to own my games digitally (they don't take up the physical space and to be frank, games aren't that pretty to have in an apartment (she says)), I caved in. I'm going to play it after my supper.
-
I just bought it on eShop since it's on sale. Looking forward to playing it tonight!
-
For me, it's two things: - I'm probably not going to use the new characters that much (perhaps except Lucas), and they almost certainly won't make me put more than an hour or two into the game at the moment. - The game came with 45 characters from the beginning for a price of about £30 (I think it cost about £40 on eShop where I bought it). Then £3 seems quite expensive for 1 character... I think half or 2/3 of the price would be fair, and levels should be half at most! They would easily make money on the DLC even at half price (yeah, yeah, it's a business, if they can sell at this price it's better for them).
-
This is too expensive for the value it adds so I won't buy it, unfortunately, I would really like to have it but it won't make me play the game more, I think. Compared to the Mario Kart DLC this is ridiculously expensive for what it is. I think half the price would be fair.
-
I hope they make a package with all DLC characters as buying them all individually would be rather expensive. Here they cost about £3 each...
-
... I'm sad to say that I've been playing this for the better part of 40 hours. More likely closer to 50 than 40 now. It's good. And I've put no real money in it as well.
