It's not that I don't want to try Guard, it's just that I don't think I have the time for it anyway. There is no discount on Guard if you get the disc version of Zero, right?

I'm so torn towards this game. I really want it but then again, I have lots of games I haven't played and want to play more than this, but on the other hand, this looks good (now) and will be a nice "pick up and play" game due to it's arcade-like qualities. And it's Star Fox, previews have been generous! I don't care much for Guard, though.

One month left for my wedding. Due to studies and a busy period at work, my fitness level has gone down. Now is the time for a reboot, studies are going slower now due to exams getting nearer and work is just as busy (actually got advised to calculate with extra workloads for the next three weeks due to an extraordinary delivery and I got the main responsibility for the development of the program) so I might be able to squeeze in exercise four or five times a week which would be enough to look fit for the wedding May 21st....

Is that Civil War you're referring to? If so, nice scores!

Dr Strange-trailer I think it sets the scene rather well. We didn't see much action but still got some glimpses of what could happen.

I'm currently playing through Chronicles of Teddy for a review but I'm experiencing technical issues - sound disappearing, console freezing. Anyone else having these problems? Great game, though, I just got book two, bought the new sword and started collecting some beetles in the new area. Really enjoying it, and the atmosphere, graphics and sound (when there) are great!

What, no! The best exercise is the one you're actually doing so as long as you do some exercise that you like and do that regularly, everything else is only added benefit.

Yeah, that's one hell of a change, good job! Keep going strong!

Which episode are you talking about? I didn't find the latest episode terrible at all...

Depends on the game and genre. Epic adventure games should be experienced on the big screen but eShop titles and intense platforming are better on the GamePad, I find. But I use off tv quite a lot, it's so good to be able to game even while the tv is being used by others, or going.into.another room if my girlfriend has friends over. Furthermore, it feels easier to just pick.up and.play a game for a few minutes.

Indeed. I was thinking this when I watched the most recent episode. The fighting and action has been slowed down and has been more clunky, and it just never feels real - how can NOONE actaully hit the guy with a bullet, even though he's just walking towards them. Damien Dhark was interesting in the beginning but just like with Ra's al Ghul they have dragged him too long. The series really can't stand up to 23 episodes per season which is a shame. They could have done it more like Daredevil, 10 episodes a season but tightly written and acted instead of this. Stephen Amell has even gained a little weight, hasn't he? He doesn't look as much in shape as previously (i.e. season 1 and 2). (Agree with Flash, as well, that's got way better but then again, Arrow was quite good too in the beginning.)

The thought of it had never occured to me nor my friends. And since it's used like that in the movie, I see it as a spoiler.

So I've seen the movie now, and I quite liked it! On a "film critic wants movies to be art"-level, it perhaps sucked a bit but as entertainment, it certainly delivered. Ben Affleck did a good job and the setup for the actual BvS was quite believable. Wonder Woman was good as well. Some points, though:

Which part of the back is that? I tried incline benching today. Hated it but my upper chest is flat as a little girl's so want to add a bit of umph to that before my wedding late May. So it'll be incline bench 3x6 @ 45+ kg a couple of times a week until then!

I've never expected it to be great but I expect it to be entertaining and I think it lives up to that expectation at least. I'll be seeing it tonight so not long to go! Really looking forward to it.

I had a go at Crossfit Opens WOD 16.4 yesterday. It consists of: AMRAP 13 minutes (as many reps as possible) of: 55 deadlift (100 kg for men / 80 for women, ish) 55 wall balls (10 kg / 7 kg) 55 cal rowing 55 hand-stand push-ups I did it with 80 kg deadlift and a shorter distance for the wall balls as the ceiling is a bit lower than recommended at my gym. Managed to get to 193 reps in total (i.e. I got to 28 HSPU). It was a really good workout, but I was completely wasted afterwards.

Just two, Donnie Darko and Tree of Life. I cheated for the rest at looked at the URL for most and it seems that I haven't seen any of the others so that makes it extra hard to guess!

Does the Special Mewtwo amiibo card work as a normal Mewtwo amiibo in other games?

Haven't someone just wrapped aluminium foil around a slightly expanded (probably broken) Classic Controller?

Finally, I've been waiting far too long for this!

For my birthday my girlfriend got me two hours indoor climbing lessons with an instructor so we did that yesterday. That was quite fun! I don't know why I've never tried that before, it's just right for me as I'm flexible, strong and light. It proved to be quite good exercise and fun as well. I also found that I'm not that afraid of heights - as long as I'm in a safety line at least. Though climbing high was fun, I had a bit more fun just climbing horizontally as that challenged me more. Might want to do that a bit more, it was seriously good for the arms and shoulders as well as challenging for the head. However, after two hours my grip was completely wasted. My girlfriend also quite liked it so we might actually do this together once in a while. (FitNotes doesn't have climbing in it - which category do you think it belongs to?)

3PM UK time, I presume?
