Assuming you start with a Level 1 Pokémon, cram them with vitamins. After that, take them on a run or two through the Pokémon League to get some quick level ups and then use candy. I find that to be the most efficient use of candy. If you need some suggestions for what vitamins to use on a certain Pokémon species to get the most out of it, feel free to give me a shout.

Professor Layton's voice is so ridiculously buttery smooth that everything he says is pleasant to hear. Oh, and speaking of Layton voices. (Fair warning, shows a character who appears in a later game)

The next bunch of G-Max Pokémon are now available to battle. This time, you can get G-Max Charizard, Copperajah, Duraludon and Garbodor. Don't ask why, but for some reason, the 5-star Charizard cannot be shiny. 3 and 4-star can, but not the 5-star one. I plan on trying to get these (I want a HA Charizard) this weekend if anyone wants to help.

I've played up until FFX at this point and VI still has my favourite world map theme. It's beautiful. I'm doing the same thing, An hour or so in Animal Crossing to do what needs to be done and then playing Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. I've also started playing through Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. I saw this cool retrospective on the trilogy and it made me want to play it again. (I played through the first two recently) Those controls are still great. If a Switch version comes out without motion controls, I legit won't buy it. (I'm looking at you, Resident Evil 4 Switch)

For what it's worth, I agree that people should take their lumps and earn that cast master title. But I certainly may have reset without saving just to annoy Resetti in the past...

If you have the museum, you should be able to buy shovels.

You should be able to buy tools from the cabinet in your shop. The DIY recipes are also there so you can craft them yourself.

Yeah, ever since closing my eyes, I've been doing even worse. I'm just gonna do my best to put it out of my mind and aim to get it randomly.

I've been meaning to ask, but isn't it impossible to give someone from out of town fish or bugs? You can't place them because it treats it like furniture and visitors can't mess with the furniture. Meanwhile, if you drop them, then they get released. You also can't put them in letters and the recycle bin can't be used by visitors either. Am I missing something?

What happens when you take a great soundtrack that was limited by the GBA sound chip and add a little bit of 2020 instrumentations to it. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, that's what! OK, that's enough. Moral of this post is that PMD soundtracks are better than whatever your favourite Pokémon soundtrack is.

Possible I'm remembering it wrong, but I don't recall that being the case.
