That voice acting is so Xenoblade, it hurts! Bravely Default is basically Turn-based Final Fantasy these days anyway, so Final Fantasy going full action is fine by me.

It's never simultaneous in DKC2, just depends on whether you want to play as Diddy and Dixie or just Dixie while I play as Diddy. I'm free Fridays and Saturdays, so you just let me know when's good for you.

Well, there's 3 save files, so I can defo host all of you. And yes, 102% is the only way I play DKC2. Mario needs to be dragged down from his pedestal. Anyway, before we get cracking, we need to figure out whether you're going with Team or Contest. For reminder's sake, Team has both players be part of the same team. Player 1 controls Diddy, Player 2 has Dixie. Whenever a switch happens, you need to press Start to resume playing. Contest works much like SMB3 does multiplayer. Each person gets their own monkey duo and you progress through the game separately. One person completing a level still counts for both players. So you can still do it co-op style here. I'm good with either mode, so I'll let each of you choose for our session.

Finally, now there's a good DKC game on this! This is quicker than I thought I'd be saying this, but... Does anyone here want to partake in an online co-op trip through Crocodile Isle with me?

Tick Tock Clock is probably my favourite level, because it's basically all skill based. A real platforming gauntlet. The reason why Rainbow Ride 100 coins suck is because of the blue coin switch. You have a strict time limit to wall jump up a very long set of walls. Mess up once and you might as well start the level again, because you're not getting 100 coins. Wall jumping is very difficult in the original Mario 64. (The DS version has wall jumping similar to the NSMB series where you slide down a wall and can jump whenever, one of the many reasons why I prefer the DS version) Wet Dry World is a cool level, but that particular star is painful if you don't know where to look. It can seem completely random where the secrets are.

Answered there, but will clarify, it was me. @drahkon mistimed a jump in the lava room and then I finished it on my first attempt. I've played SMB3 countless times, so I already knew what to do. Honestly, I think that certain level in Ice World is way meaner. That requires some proper dexterity.

Me. To be fair, @drahkon said beforehand he never played that far in SMB3. I'd say he did pretty well considering 75% of it was new to him. I really dig playing SNES games online with other people. It's a great way to inject a little freshness to those titles. Even the ones where you take turns, because there's the added pressure of knowing someone is watching you, ready to give you a good sarcastic clap should you die in a silly way. Which makes you more likely to die in a silly way. Anyway, Rummy. If you're up for some online co-op SNES action, just give me a shout over the weekend. And to keep this somewhat on topic. The 5 worst Mario 64 Stars are Mario Wings to the Sky (Bob-omb Battlefield), Getting 100 coins in both Dire Dire Docks and Rainbow Ride, Secrets of the Shallow and Sky (Wet Dry World) and that secret star to the left of Tick Tock Clock, the one where you have to get 8 red coins with the Wing Cap.

OK, the next set of games have the title of... Cards suck! Throw them Away! This week's Games: Last Card, President Last Card will be played 5 times, President will be played 3 times. Last Card Rules: Game Finish - To All Places President Rules: 8 Clear - On 3 of Spades Reversal - On Restrictions - Off Downfall - On Both of these games involve getting rid of your cards quicker than everyone else. Loser has to clean up afterwards. These are 4 player games, so we'll be playing on Friday at 8pm. If you can't make that time, let us know as soon as you can so we can reschedule.

Computer Virus is one of the most inspired bosses in SNES history. I was looking forward to that one. Now make sure you cherish those Happy Smile Points!

Good session clearing up SMB3 and Kirby Super Star, @drahkon. Hot land in Kirby Super Star is a right pain, even with Kirby's floatiness. That Arena game that popped up is a boss rush. Every boss, one life. Limited healing items in between each one. It's pretty tough and as you saw, it's not needed to see the credits. But if you fancy giving it a go some time next week, that's fine.

Right, here are the results: I won Toy Tennis and Toy Football (2-1) @drahkon won Toy Curling (2-0) and wasn't totally jammy with the last shot on the first game there.
