HD is tied to intelligence. If your brain is big enough you can cope with the extra pixels and even appreciate them. Nintnedo targetted children and women with the wii. Hence they did not need to bother with HD. Yet Sony and Microsoft knew their target market.

would it be offensive to have some 2d levels? also some pikmin style levels / ability to divide into mini mees or is that too specific online leader boards for "challenge" levels i also want new ways for mario to die. think of the cube trilogy. so we see him diced and sliced or splattered as a result of various traps and obsticles

zelda will NEVER be innovative in a risky way... (the same but to a lesser extent in regard to mario) if there is something that is truely different or risky, they just launch a new franchise like pikmin or let donkey kong or luigi or starfox have a go... and even more obscure characters like kirby if they think its a really oddball game or not that good. I think nintendo have a habit of making the game mechanics and only then deciding the characters as a marketing excersise. This is why i know that project Hammer is the prototype for zelda wii

Wii Vitality Sensor... Are you having a laugh!
blender replied to Retro_Link's topic in Nintendo Gaming
I can absolutely guarantee that the "vitality" sensor will be on the ear. and not that stupid finger mock up (that pic looks so stupid but is desingned to provoke forum chatter as having an instantly recognisable function ....but does not reveal the true secrets or physical form of the device). It might well connect to the DS and be the "new" nike+. It is normal to have a pulse detector on the ear for exercise equipment etc. An ear sensor can also have a motion detector. I saw some research at imperial college london that used such a sensor. See http://www.gizmag.com/go/7979/ "posture, stride length, step frequency, acceleration and the body's response to shock waves" The next generation wii fit accessory!! am i ever wrong? . -
They have lots of games ready.. its when best to release them for $$$. Their schedule mustnt put big titles together and they must not undermine 3rd party releases either.

the wii2 will have a squidgyTM controller with squidagoo feedback. It allows you to feel the bananas when you pick them up in the game.

i find it hard to believe that they want to make a new zelda wii game on that engine. had enough fopping in red steel

Unemployment, travelling and smoking thread. Apparently.
blender replied to Dyson's topic in General Chit Chat
the solution is to sell everything and go to asia. You can have a great life** of your savings, then your credit card and then go home to face the music in 2010. Why swim upstream ?- 562 replies

my 2 year old laptop's integrated graphics steams through steam games so no worries on what ever you buy, avoid anything more than a dual core as quads etc make little difference in current games. just get a good graphics card or prehaps a system that can take a good graphics card in the future. if money is a problem, i would just use integrated graphics now and get a new graphics card when you find a game that you cannot play. The good pc games like Total war, Company of heroes etc can run reasonable on a modern integrated graphics solution. IN fact they run very well on the latest ones see AMD 780G Chipset with ATI Radeonâ„¢ HD 3200 Graphics. If you want to upgrade in the future make sure the power supply is adequate and your mother boad and case

who else could do an evening chat show with the BIG celebraties other than Ross? It is of national importance that he is kept on. (if he is sacked, i bet Friday night with jonathan ross will move in its entirity to channel 4.... i think this was rumoured a few months back. However, channel hopping shows always seem to fail) in action
