If he wasn't going to take it, it would be an 'illegal' move. Pires has to touch the ball if he is the taker, they were definitely tying to emulate Cryuff and Pires fluffed it. That is incorrect. The Cryuff penalty can still be accomplished, the rule is that another player must touch the ball before the player taking the penalty touches it again. Now I believe Mike Riley thought Pires touched the ball twice, hence why he gave a free kick. The confusion threw everyone, but if henry had just ran up and smacked it in (after Pires scuffed it with his studs of course), it would have stood.

I hate it in American comedies when they have those fake back laughs. A prime example would be Friends, some burk walks in, and they laugh. What the hell is funny about that. Can't beat British Comedies like Black Adder, Bottom and Mr Bean. Even newer stuff like Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights and Little Britain beat every American comedy. Only thing that comes close is Family Guy, but thats obviously different because its animation.

Not convinced about the World Trade Centres, but after watching the animation of the Pentagon, have different views on the situation. I never did know much about what happened at the Pentagon. I just assumed by the tv and newspaper articles that a plane hit it, the animation leaves me to believe otherwise.

England beating Germany 5-1 was pretty special TV moment. Watching South Park for the first time stands out as well. It was the first Mr Hankey episode, I couldn't stop laughing, to this day Mr Hankey is very special.

WTF.. Thats not a position, thats a thug. I wouldn't say there is any position whose task is to specifically stall a game. Whether a player is good at holding up the ball, everyone should be able to time waste. And I for one frown at time wasting its annoying and unsporting.

Great that Arsenal won, lets hope this year is our time. I reckon we can win the Champions League. I was at the Norwich game last night, the first half from a Norwich perspective was terrible. First goal for Luton, fair enough good goal. Then Green made a huge cock-up, fair enough two nil. By this time Norwich had had at least three opportunities of their own, they just couldn't score. Then Luton scored again, this one I thought was off side, the fourth was a blatant foul on the defender (who I think was Doherty). I dunno what Nigel Worthington said to them at half time but they came out a different team, they had majority of the ball, Green had one or two easy chances to take care of, and again Norwich had plenty of opportunities. Deano scored and I personally thought the come back was on, but alas it didn't happen. Calum Davenport got sent off and then Ryan Jarvis scored. Luton 4 - 2 Norwich Terrible game from the Norwich perspective, but it didn't really reflect on the way Norwich played which was a shame.

I'm ordering mine some time next week off the apple site, I'll get to test it before handing it back to my parents for them to hide for my Birthday and Christmas.
