Damn right I will be getting one at launch. It doesn't surprise me even one little bit that we (UK) have to pay more for the console. We pay more for everything. I bet ya don't compalin when you actually get your hands on the bloody thing!!! The thing that bothers me is having to buy a Wiimote and the nunchuck seperatly. That's crap. The game looks much better in motion. So go check out a vid of it. Will probably be getting this as it looks fun. The control method looks interesting and I hope it actually works.

Good news if it is true. I'm going to wait for the European release date before I decide if I want to import or not. I would most likely import if we don't get Wii over here untill next year.

I'm going down on Wednesday at 12. Can't wait! We've just bought all of our beer (Bloody loads!) and some food. It's going to be great as there is about 8 of us going down this year so it should be a right laugh. I'm just making a list of all the shit I need to take down with me but I know I will still end up forgetting something! Why haven't the put the band times up yet? They normally have them up by now. I don't fancy having to pay to buy a rip-off timetable for the festival. Edit: The timetable is up now. Woohoo going tomorrow!

Animal Crossing. I imported it from Austrilia because I had heard so many great things about it and I totally hated it. Skies of Arcadia. Rubbish. I've could only manage 30mins or something. My brother likes these games though so that's why I kept it. Wave Race. I sent the game back to Game the next day. I didn't enjoy it at all.

Got the last ever NGC in the post today. It's nice to hear it will be back under a new name. I just removed that Zelda sticker from my N64 a few weeks ago. My black N64 is now white...couldn't remove the sticker altogether!!! I probably shouldn't have left it on for so many years!

World Heavyweight Champion Rey Mysterio vs. United States Champion JBL Prediction: JBL. Rey Mysterio has been booked like a paper champion. He has been beat 3 weeks in a row which is a situation a Champion should never be in. It just doesn't make any sense for WWE to put the champ in a position like that. Shouldn't he be defying the odds and coming out on top despite the opponents JBL throws at him? Nope we have him beat by Mark Henry &Kahli and we have Kane beating the crap out of him then chokeslamming JBL. King of the Ring Tournament Final Prediction: Bobby Lashley. WWE want to make Lashley a star so it would make sense to have him beat Booker T and become the new KOTR. WWE Tag Team Champions MNM vs. Paul London & Brian Kendrick Prediction: London & Kendrick. Can they beat MNM for the 6th time (I think) and become new champs? I think so. Undertaker vs. The Great Khali Prediction: Undertaker. Wow this is going to be crap. Would it hurt to have Undertaker show himself on Smackdown once in a while? Or even do some of that freaky lightning shit he does? I could careless...Khali is supposed to be horrible in the ring and why do the insist on letting him speak (if you can call it that...). Kurt Angle vs. Mark Henry Prediction: Kurt Angle. Well would it have done any harm to actually build up this match? This is probably going to be one of the matches of the night if they give them enough time. If my brother decides he wants to get this I might split the cost with him but otherwise I'm not getting it. WWE don't seem to care about Smackdown so why should we??

I'm a subscriber and I still enjoy reading the mag even though it isn't as good as it used to be. It always makes me laugh and I've always trusted their reviews. It's going to be sad to see it go. I hope they do continue with the same spirit with a new magazine. It would be a shame if this is really the end of N64/NGC as it is with out any doubt the best game mag ever made. I suppose if it is the end I won't be buying games magazines any more I will just use the net for news/previews/reviews.

I like Echoes but it isn't as good as Prime. But Metroid Prime was just awesome.

Hated the name "Wii" at first but I am used to it now. It's not great but it's not half as bad as I thought it was when I first heard it. You just get used to it like they said we would.

I don't think pick-up-and-play applies to games like this. It's more for games like Wii Sports and Wario Ware etc. They look simple and fun whereas Metroid is a more complex action game which obviously uses a more complex control method.

Well for me Super Mario 64 took a while to get used and start controlling Mario precisely. I didn't just instantly pick up the controller and play like I was an expert. It took time to get used to the sensitivity of the analogue stick. Hunters has taken me a lot longer to get used to but that's probably because I suck at it.

It's the first time people have played the game so you can't expect them to be good at it. It's going to take time to adjust to this new control method. How long did it take to get used to Metroid Prime Hunters touch screen control? And did you instantly have the ability to use the dual analogue control method of FPS games effectively?? And could you use an analogue stick properly the first time you tried? No.
