most retailers got their second batch on monday apparently

according to the superviser of PC world Nintendo have been screwing alot of retailers around, promising them all kind of rubbish about stock and shipments and all sorts.

Can i ask.. does the Wii have a good wireless range? When i play my DS online in my room (where i intend to put my wii) i get low signal, if i move around too much i lose it altogether. will i have the same problem with my wii? (obviously i wont be moving the console around but will i have very low signal?)

I would hate to find my Wii had been opened and messed about with, half the fun is opening it up for the first time! (no exageration)

(though i owe my mother £50 for it still so it will prob be considered a xmas present, damn it!)

The last few days, my laptop hasnt been letting me online. Its recieving signal from the router through wifi and when i plug the ethernet cable into it (which i usually use to acess the internet its faster) it can tell its there connecting to a high speed broadband... so why cant i go on msn or my web browser? i think there might be some conflicting IP problems with the main PC of the house, but it works fine untill i try to connect to the net on the laptop. anyone have any light to shed on the subject? x

no where in Exeter has any left. not even in the second batch (a manager of WHsmith told me Nintendo are shipping them more around the 15th but all of them will be needed to get to preordering customers) this is an absolute joke. So i called my mother, asked her to shout at PC world. She did. They are getting me a wii within a week apparently, and apolagised (for what? hahaha!!) So i wont have one at launch but hopefully this time next week i will. Worst case senario Xmas times. Enjoy your Wii's guys and girls!

Want to know how bad PC world suck? I emailed them a week ago to cancel my preorder, as they said i wouldnt get mine launch day. Email reply this morning, a good 7 days after my email. All cancelled. Just checked voicemail. They want another credit card to credit for my Nintendo Wii. WTF!

got told a small GAME store around here had 60 preorders but were only given 42! eeeek, looks like i'll be outside virgin megastores friday morning!!!
