Fierce_LiNk Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Drogba with a hatrick.....he's on fire at the mo. The bastard, i was THAT close with my 3-0 prediction. He just had to, didn't he? Hmm, i was pretty close in some games, and then teams just went ahead and kept on scoring. Especially the bolton/sheffield utd and wigan/charlton games. So, so close. Onto the United game!
conzer16 Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Leeds' second home win in a row 3-0 over Colchester. That put them in their place now didint it! Getting all high and mighty there so they were.....! lol
Noodleman Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Leeds' second home win in a row 3-0 over Colchester. That put them in their place now didint it! Getting all high and mighty there so they were.....! lol But yeah we were pretty dire today by all accounts.
conzer16 Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Yeah i know you're ahead of us, but the few Colchester fans I know (yes there are some in Ireland) were beginning to talk of promotion, and the relegation of Leeds.......my post was more a vocalisation of my intense joy at the thought of seeing them on monday
Babooo Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Why am I doing so poor in the fantasy league table?? Wish I had put Drogba in mine. lol.
Fierce_LiNk Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Phew, i'm glad that's over. Did anyone watch this game? The pitch was dreadful, credit to both sides for giving a good go of it despite that. It always felt like we were dominating and looking most likely to score. I was a bit worried that it would end 0-0, but Saha nicked one in the second half. Ronaldo and John O'shea were fantastic. So, 12 games gone, and we've won 10 of them. We're giving a good go of it this year. About time.
harribo Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Things goin pretty ell for Wednesday despite our in comotent chairman. Can't wait for Barnsley(and possibly Leeds) to get relegated. Although if I'm being honest I can't see our run going on much longer.
James Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 Just seen Liverpools team for today, why o why do we play Zendan he is simply not good enough, Rafa could have played Gerrard in the middle (his best position) with Xabi Alonso and stuck Pennant on the left, Grrrrrrrr.
Stocka Posted November 12, 2006 Author Posted November 12, 2006 Hahahaha lets all laugh at the scum as they lose another 3 points. Very solid performance by reading. I've been excited about this game for ages, half an hour left wooooo!! it's gonna be a cracking game I reckon. I was going to be going today but couldn't in the end, ah well.

Max Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 haha, funny to see liverpool get humiliated (sp?). great win for us against blackburn, its one of them games where you dig deep to get a result.

Platty Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 Yeah i saw that earlier. He needed to go to be honest. Not a fan favourite even before the bad results.
Babooo Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 Yeh not too surprising that Dowie has gone..........
gmac Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 I just don't see the point in that, they have their first new manager in over what 15 years? and they don't even give him to Christmas. Ah well at least he'll get a massive pay-off

Ramar Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 Going to the Emirates on Saturday. Hope we score as many against Newcastle as we did against Liverpool.
