A few cut up bits of chorizo and one ball of mozzerella and a hearty grating of mature cheddar and a sprinkle of basil, oregano and crushed chillis gives the bolognaise a pizza-esque finish. Have a side of pine nut, parmesan and pesto salad with french dressing and you're good! I made enough to give four large portions but you could feed 6-8 if you make a couple of baguettes of garlic bread, too. If I was on come dine with me this'd be my main :P
